I always enjoy my visits to Big-O and this time was no exception. The only down side is that I did have to wait for about 2-3 minutes before anyone greeted me and I was the only one waiting for service and had an appointment so I just needed to drop off the keys. But the gentleman who finally did help me was nice and courteous.

They finished everything on time and were courteous. I was disappointed in the rotation. They kept the tires on the same side. Apparently they are in the habit of dealing with directional tires? It confused me and led me to believe they had not rotated the tires until I came back and discussed it with the service manager. Next time I'm supposed to ask for a cross rotation. Seems like that should be the default.

Servicing both my vehicles at the same time always earns me a discount - such as a free oil change or an extra $10 off. Anything helps!

Only thing I have noted since my last survey is that if you wait for your vehicle it's done in a "normal" amount of time. If you drop it off and have a ride, it's ridiculously long. I know as a mechanic myself that it does not take 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. But other than that, good work.

The rotate, balance and front end alignment on my wife's Highlander was done in a timely manner. I asked the employee that I checked out with to get me a price for 4 wheel caps for my truck's chrome wheels. He checked the wheels and said he would get back to me....still waiting.

Price was excessive, there is always a nickel and diming that occurs; I was told they wouldnt do that this time but they lied. However, they fixed the issue.

They wanted $130 more than my Subaru dealer for the same brake service. Thankfully I had shopped and negotiated them down $100 plus included an oil change. The tech left grease fingerprints all over the beige leather and it took an hour of scrubbing to clean. Will nbe going sback to Groove sSubaru for any morre service.

I was glad to receive this in my inbox this morning. I go to big o tires to get my oil changed out of convenience because I live down the way. but in the past 9 to 6 months there's been a change of employees there and they're not so friendly. The old guy is direct and I get it I can deal with that. But the younger guy with the red beard and the glasses. I don't know every time I've dealt with him it's like I'm bothering him. I went in there to pick up my truck from oil change the other day on my day off Friday. And I walked from the bottom of the hill up to the store and I walked in looking for water I didn't realize it was underneath the coffee machine. But the guy with the red beard and the glasses looked at me so I was sweating walked over to the cooler with the water and grabbed one. Turn around and look at me and I said can I get one. He replied sure that's what they're there for. I've been in customer service business for a long time and anticipating needs is what I always drive for maybe it's just because I try for it I think other should. My wife went in there a couple months ago with a nail in her tire she came home and told me it was the worst experience she ever had and she would never go back to that place again. I see a lot of single women going into your store and if it was my store I'd like to know that those women felt but sensitive and comfort in a business where they're spending their money. I just bought an Xterra that needed new tires. The dealership was going to sell me some " tires" but I knew I could trust Tim to show me what would be in my best interest. As always Tim helped me by giving me some options based on my situation and budget. If you ever want a second opinion in this area...just call and ask for Tim!

Took an hour and a half for an oil change with an appointment. They told me it was because they could not find the right filter for my vehicle. Once one was found they said they would save it to my profile.

Very disappointed in my last service visit. I took my wife's car in for tire rotation and oil change. I specifically requested the tires wheels be cleaned before balancing. My customer service rep even wrote in in big script, "make sure tires are clean before balancing". The reason I requested this is because I live on a dirt road and the last time i had her car in, they did not clean the wheels and mud was stuck on the inside, which threw off the balancing a few days later. The good news is Casey the store manager got her right in and fixed the problem. But how inconvenient?

I called quite a few times there was not an answer.I only came back was because I'm a regularly happy customer. Found out Gizmo is gone. You could definitely could tell.

My 2001 Ford Escape had over 191,000 miles on it so I suspected there might be complications on its repair. The service team at this location (Chase, Tim and Casey) responded to my concerns when I needed to bring my vehicle back and promptly resolved the concerns. In the service business, sometimes things do not turn out as planned, unexpected issues can and do happen. What I find important here is what the service provider/team does to recover in a way that is effective and fair for the customer. This Big O service team showed me their technical excellence, professionalism and dedication to their customers, which is not always easy to find. Well done Big O service team!
