Big O Tires

I thought you were pretty expensive...$100.00 for replacing 2 headlamps is a bit pricey.The car went into the garageand the job was finished in 15 minutes.

Have been going there for 8 yrs and always receive excellent service.

I have always had great service at this location until last week. It has got very busy and they have hired more people.I took it in for an oil change 21 point service. Unfortunately someone inexperienced caused damage to my tires.When I brought my car back they did everything possible to put it right and I left satisfied.

Casey truly goes all out for his customers, I felt like I was buying tires from and old friend.

I had used them a few days ago. They did an oil change and tire rotation. My oil light and tire pressure sensors came on as soon as I left the lot. I called them the next day to get it fixed and was told that the lights will go off on their own. Three days later they are stil on. I took my car to my normal place to look at the tires, fluids weren't topped off as advertised and my tires were almost flat due to the rotation. Air was not out into my tires after the rotation to the point of being unsafe to drive on my tires.

I am a regular customer at this store for over 10 years now, i see the staffing changed all the time, the present crew are not really up to par. The kids working in the shop are so young and seem inexperienced, lately i brought my car in for replacing a tire, and after all was done i noticed that my car rear trunk can not open via remote anymore...It was working fine until they have tried to open and close it to take out the spare tire. I mentioned to the sale rep, who i dont know his name, but he wears the Broncos eyeglasses, he denied that his staff broke my rear trunk opener , and told me that if i am not happy i dont have to come there no more...He is a very unprofessional rep, he likes to joke way too much and said unnecessary statements...like put down customers car. I may not come there because he is there, but i will return when he is not there no more..

Greeted with a friendly good morning by Chris. Great improvement! Water pump was replaced which was a big job, I get it. Disappointed by lack of protection for floor mat which has a grease mark. Some scratches below the headlight from unprotected work. Also disappointed the battery post wasn't cleaned as stated.

Dropped off at 8:00 am and new tires & alignment done by noon.

I used them for a repair and I don't believe it was done correctly. I took it back in and the person helping me said "all Chevy's do that", that's funny because my Chevy never did that in the 12 years I owned it until they tried "fixing it".Recently their service has seem to drop, I will continue to use them for the basic stuff (tires, oil, etc) but repairs I am going to find a different location.

Nice guys but didn't know how to handle a turbo... wouldn't recommend to anyone who has a nice car they care about... but great for everyday drivers

Excellent Service: Very happy with the job they did recommending and replacing my SUV tires.

They got me the tires I was looking for, but didn't tell me the size didn't match what was on the vehicle. I now roll with different size tires. Also paperwork mentioned alignment check, but nothing was send to me about if it needed an alignment, which it does (been pulling left, thought was old tires, nope) and noise from sway bar link, repairs missed on that visit. Service writers are friendly, but just because my car looks bad doesn't mean I want to drive that way.

Your location sucks at making a customer feel welcome unless they have a penis. Multiple open kiosks with a Big O Rep available to take a customer yet no one acknowledges anyone when they walk in the door. Well, not anyone, just ladies. When my husband walked in a few minutes after me, they said we'll be right with you sir. Gimme a frickin break Big O. This is ridiculous. If you can't take a customer at the moment, acknowledge them when they walk in and say we'll be with you in a moment. This happened both when I dropped off my car and when I went to pick it up. You guys are a dime a dozen, put in some effort if you want to keep a customer. I'll be going elsewhere.

Have purchased numerous sets of tires and had service at this shop on at least 7 different vehicles over the years and have always been happy with the service. I have worked with Tim a few times and he is always a big help.

I would have appreciated a greeting and be right with you! Being ignored is never acceptable. This has happened on our last two visits.

They are the best!! I've been taking my car to them for years and always happy with my service
