I paid over $800 because my check engine light was on. They claimed I needed all my spark plugs changed. We did that. The next day the check engine light was back on. Apparently it was an ignition coil, instead. I was charged another almost $200. So was the $800 unnecessary? No definitive answer on that.

We took our auto in to Big O to install snow tires. Dropped the car off, and was called when our car was ready. Great! We told him we had to pick the car up later. Three phone calls later and kept on hold three times, we did pick up the car but could never complete a conversation. The excuse was always "I'm here by myself and I"m just slammed." Hope he wasn't the tech installing our tires too.

I sent a comment earlier regarding there being no prices for batteries and other possible services. I am guessing this site is managed by someone not directly involved with your store or even worse just sends out canned computerized responses. I say that because the response was some generalized thank you for the comment but did not answer the reason for my comment. This is what came back from my specific questions regarding pricing: "Thanks for the feedback, David Travis. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers at Big O Tires - Aurora, CO and definitely appreciate your kind words. We hope that you have a great day! Casey Lynn, Owner (303) 680-5500" Totally nothing relating to my comment. Completely a generic response again probably generated by a computer. Now that is not paying attention to customer inquiries or providing customer service. In order to send this response I had to go through the customer rating and experience questions. There should be a way to just communicate with your business without doing this as many times it does not apply to the situation. I gave you very average ratings because none of these items applied to what I was asking about. It will be interesting to see if I get another generic response generated by some computer program.

I use Big O Tires on Smoky Hill all the time. I've always gotten good service and everyone there is friendly and professional.

Not at all pleased, purchased tires, when it was time to rotate told me i didn't have any miles on the tires. do not want to follow up on requested services.

Great Service by everyone but especially Derek who went out of his way for me and my problematic subaru! He was the best one to follow up on my situation for me! He absolutely knew what was going on with my car!! Thanks Derek! You're the reason I will come back again!!

I took my car in for a tire repair but they could not repair it. They said I needed to replace 2 tires and so I opted for 4. They were very busy that day and ended up damaging my wheels and did not clean my wheels. I returned and they cleaned the wheels and tried to polish out the damage. You cannot see the damage from a distance but it still there.

Satisfied with the work, but not satisfied with pricing. Manager provided a $70 credit, but then charged full price for the service when I could have purchased special for a 3rd of the price. Shame on me for not picking up on this earlier.

Asked for and oil change, have tires rotated, and a to fix a slow leak. When I picked up my car 3 tires sill looked low. I went to fill them up the next day and the tire with the slow leak was almost flat. 2nd time asking them to fix this slow leak. Went to fill up the other 2 lows tires, on one of them the nozzle was broken and couldn't be filled. Winner of the "Not my problem" award. These tires were purchased at this store.

I've brought my business to this store for years. However, over the past year I have been less than pleased with the service I have received. I had one gentleman who was rude to me and hung up on me after I told him I was not interested in purchasing tires. I've had my new oil filter not put on correctly, more than once-which later resulted in oil leaks in my garage. I brought my jeep in because it was not starting-they told me it was my ignition and that I was also due a 60k mile tune up. I agreed to the services. Two weeks later my Jeep would not start. When I brought it back in, they told me it was my battery. I found this to be very frustrating-I felt this is something that should have been checked during my 60k mile tune up and now I am not confident that everything that I paid for was actually completed.

I went online on Friday, May 18 to schedule an appointment for my oil change. I selected Monday, May 21 as the date for my oil change and when I hit submit the web site kept coming back with my scheduled date as Saturday, May 19. After a couple of tries, I decided, OK, I guess Saturday May 19 will have to work. I was then directed to a page where I filled out the year, make, and model of my vehicle. I went to Big O and arrived on time for my 9:00 o'clock appointment on the 19th. The manager, Tim, greeted me and asked how I liked my Mazda Miata. I then informed him that I do not have a Miata, that I have a Mazda CX9. His comment: "ya, our website seems to be all screwed up"�. I then explained to him that I tried to schedule May 21st, but the system would not accept it. I then sat down in the waiting room. At 9:20 I looked through the window to see my car in the bay with the hood up. Fifteen minutes later I looked again and it was still there with the hood up. At about 9:50 I checked again and the car was gone and I saw that it was out in the parking lot. I thought, OK, they should be calling my up to check out any minute, only problem was, there was no one at the counter. And Tim was discussing with a friend, a trip to Houston that he had recently taken that lasted for at least 10 minutes. I was finally checked out by another attendant about 10:00am who asked me how I liked my MIATA. Good service? I don't think so. When you have a scheduled appointment for an oil change, there is now way it should take an hour.
