Big O Tires

We brought my wife's car in last Wednesday for oil change and tire rotation and upon the returning home noticed grease and oil all over her drivers seat, door handle and steering wheel.While we understand that the work done is inherently messy it would be nice and I assume the industry standard to take certain precautions to avoid such things.Good news is we were able to get all of the stains out with a little deep cleaning.Still disappointing and a bit frustrating.

Normally I'd give a better rating but while changing out the snow tires and doing the alignment somehow one of the technicians forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the front drivers side! How does that happen when this is what you do every day!!?? How does my alignment come out perfect if the tire wasn't even on right???? I will think twice about going back now.

They are always patient, kind and courteous to me and my husband. I have multiple Sclerosis and Gizmo and Tim have worked with my expedition for years. I bought it new in 2001 and its like new. My husband Dave , gives them grief with his 93 Toyota that he cherishes, but they are super friendly and mostly I have to say we trust them and that's a big deal these days. Do love your coupons!! Customer service has really gone downhill at this shop. Both times that I walked in, no one said hello or that they would be with me in a minute. When paying for my service, the gentleman saw something on the screen that confused him so he quit talking & never explained what exactly had been repaired on my car. When I went to my car, it was sitting unlocked, smelled like oil and my steering wheel was sticky with grease. This kind of treatment has never happened to us before but it was disappointing.

Had my brakes worked on last Monday. Sean met me at the door and listened to my problem. He kept me updated thoroughly on repairs during the day, and called again when the work was completed. My experience was friendly and professional. The work performed on my car was excellent. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

They told me I could fix everything for $1000 dollar never give other options,as to fix what is Needed fixed immediately to keep price down. They always tell you the highest prices as if not an option. Frustrating

I have been a customer of this Big O for many years with good results. A while back I had tires put on my vehicle at another Big O store due to proximity to my work versus home. I earned very quickly all Big O stores are not equal and I will keep my business at this store.

Good service but took too long: Had to wait 90 minutes just to get my tires rotated and balanced.

I use this location for all my vehicles. I like the convenience and their accommodating mentality. They are very professional and courteous. Very competitive pricing.

Felt very unsafe, no masks were being worn. Took longer than expected. Spare set of tires came back to me off the wheels and sensors missing.

Horrible service A/C repair. Two visits to fix the same problem. First time my A/C worked less than 10 minutes. My stereo station that messed with. I Take it back And explain leaving bare, exposed wires and and not securing the the wiring harness plus the fact that the A/C does not work is not what i expected to pay over $400. for. I go to pick up my truck an hour and ha;f after i was told it would be completed. My truck in is the shop on the rack with my tires and wheels off. (absolutely unnecessary to do with what it was there for) after another 35 minutes. I question the "manager" he claims. This is standard procedure on every vehicle that comes in. Safety checks. Brakes, oil leaks, etc. This is a flat out lie. They finally get it pulled out and parked. smashing my lower valance into the curb and rocks. As i go to pull my hood latch I notice that it is now snapped and hanging. Their response was "not a big deal we can fix it. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CHANCES TAKING YOUR VEHICLE THERE!

Almost 2 hours to change a tire was told 40min to 1hr. Staff not very friendly. When finally got the estimate for a new tire, I asked for other options, immediately got attitude and got the feeling he didn't have time for this. After I waited almost 2hr

I had a nail or screw in my tire picked up on the campaign trail.I stopped in expecting to be required to leave my car for hours.It was fixed in an hour and I was able to visit several voter's homes in the area during that time.

Came in for an oil change 11/16 - when I picked up my car and drove home there was a horrible gas smell...when I got home we discovered that the oil cap did not get placed back on thus releasing the gas smell in the car. I find this to be a pretty basic task and wondered if the oil even got changed at all. My husband took the car back up today and they re-did the oil change, apologized and gave us a free oil change on the next visit. Nick was very helpful and explained that Saturdays get busy and apologized. I appreciate him however I will not be bringing my car back there so the coupon does no good for me - I feel that if I am relying on your company to provide a basic service of an oil change, I expect it to be done properly, not half ass because its Saturday and may be busy. I do not need a call or a reply back - just sharing so you are aware of what is going on.

Our entire family gets their cars serviced here because they are reasonably priced but most importantly they are trustworthy. We trust Gizmo and the staff completely.

Ordered the wrong tires. Never got a phone call explaining why it took a week to get things straightened out. Found out later that I could have gotten lower cost tires at BMW dealer who had the tires on hand.

I used them 2 days ago and was very satisfied with work done to find and fix the problem. I felt the value received was very well worth the expense.
