We've been going to the location right off smoky hill and E470 for three years and the last two times we've been there for winter tires plus oil change we've left feeling less than satisfied; stem valve caps missing both times, oil leaking, sticker not put on windshield, engine oil light not reset plus most recently a large oil stain on the drivers side foot mat. Although some of these are small details it leaves us feeling a lack of confidence about the quality of service overall. We will not return.

Chris and Tim are the best! No matter what the problem may be they always get it fixed to the highest industry standards. Drop in some day just to get the air pressure in your tires checked...and see for yourself how they treat folks.

I came in to get my tires rotated and balanced which was completed and I was never told that the services were completed while I was waiting in the store.My time is valuable and the customer sitting next to me was informed of all of her work completed

I was so pleased today as I had an emergency at the Shell station next to this location and Jeff helped me solve my problem! Laudations and accolades to Jeff. He was courteous and efficient and when I offered to pay the store for his assistance he graciously declined. Gracious thanks and I would definitely recommend this locations as well as the staff. Keep up the good work!

After going there for a oil change now my check engine light is on. And the oil pressure light.

I went to Big O Tires to have 2 tires replaced. They ended up replacing all 4 tires by mistake, and when I pointed this out to them, they decided to not charge me for the other 2 tires, stating that the tires which were on there (which had been installed by Discount Tires 2 years before) were not the right tires for my car, and so they would not legally be able to put them back on my vehicle. I'm a single Mom struggling to make ends meet, so I very much appreciated their generosity and honesty. I feel much safer traveling in my car now, especially since we've had 2 significant snow storms in the past 2 weeks!

I dropped off my car to have a new camshaft actuator installed at 10:15am that big o tires quoted me at $140 including parts and labor. When I called to check on my vehicle around 1:36 pm. I was told by your salesman that they ordered the wrong part, and that my new part should be in, in 30 min., delaying me even longer, thus indicating that the price may go up from the original quote $140. Bad faith of service to customers, I feel like i'm being lied to, when I called around 1:36 pm to check on status of vehicle, I was hung up on, I called right back and another salesman answered the phone to assist me. bad business, this will be my first and last time taking my car their to get serviced, i'm also on my wifes account whom will never bring her Ford Escape up there again to get serviced.

I posted this on yelp as well. This place is a joke. I took my truck in for new tires and an alignment and balance. After getting my truck back, my front end shook worse than ever. So I took it back in and waited 3 hours for a recheck. Got my truck back the second time and no change to it whatsoever. Took it to another mechanic and was told my alignment was way off. Never coming here again

Brian and the staff that was present that evening were very competent and friendly. It was an extremely cold evening. They had me in and out quickly. The comfortable chairs, TV and magazines were plentiful. Warm Regards, Donna

I need a nod latch and oil change for my Saturn Vue.I waited two weeks for the call that my part was in.Never heard back so came in each week to ask.Second week they said the part was in.I took car in.They did oil change but part disappeared.To make matters worse technician silted my car mat and left oil on my steering wheel and shifter.Terrible.So I had to take car back when they rushed part.Guess what.Wrong part again.So three is a charm, but three strikes andI am done with this place.No discount, just some subtle apologies.

Everything was explained thoroughly to me so I felt I could make an educated decision on what was best for me (and my car). I came in thinking I only needed one tire and quickly realized I had a safety issue with all four tires. Thank you for your great service as always. That's why I never go anywhere else!

Went in for simple rotate. Own a GXP. So front and rear wheels are dif size and can only rotate side to size not front to back. Got car in quick and returned quick, with rear tires on front axle and rear lugs hanging out front hub. Told them the issue. Took it back and only put tires back the way it started. Never rotate side/side. Tech threw a fit when i told him it still needed to be rotated. Will never go back to this store. Learn your product and know your job.

I took my car in to have two bulbs replaced. It took over 6 hours and I had to call them to see if my car was ready yet. I paid $100 and they said a part was broken where the one bulb was so it may not work. I asked how it would have been broken when my car experienced no trauma to that area. They didn't know. Drove home only to notice that one bulb still did not work. Came back, wasted another 5 hours, for them to tell me it was this "part" and it would cost $750 to replace! A bulb and a clip? I will not be going back there.

This store has the most friendly tech's of any tire store in Denver. They do outstanding work and kept my car running at top performance. There prices are low and there services are outstanding.

I have submitted a complaint on the franchise consumer relations email. I took my car to this location because I have gone there for more than 12 years.I dropped my car off on Wednesday June 29th and by Saturday July 3rd it was still not fixed. I received multiple calls from Jeff saying more things were wrong with each call and finally got a call from Jeff on Saturday stating that there were multiple other problems. To make a long story short they could not fix the car. I made arrangements to pick up the car when I got there the windows and the sunroof had been left open overnight, with the keys in the car and the battery was drained.Jeff started the car and opened the hood and all of the parts your technician took out to see if they could fix it were just laying there in the engine.No one seemed even slightly concerned and acted as I that was normal. I had to tow the car myself and for the pleasure of not having any work done, I was also charged $500 for labor and $89 for a part that was "non-returnable". I expect somebody get back to me as I intend to go right to the attorney general to show exactly what kind of reckless disregard this business is operated with. It was never like that when Gizmo was there.I have never had my vehicle treated with such a complete lack of regard nor myself with such disrespect.
