After further inspection of my vehicle I found paint scraped off the black custom rims leaving the silver exposed from where the socket wrench carelessly and repeatively scratched the rims. And a large scratch from where it appears somthing was placed on the hood. Would gladly attach pictures if I could.

After making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation I waited over an hour at your store for my name to be called.I finally got up and looked and my car was done and sitting in the parking lot.I was not thanked, I was handed paperwork and told "Here you go"!When I said thank you, I was ignored.Customer service?NO!Polite?NO!I have been a customer since that store location opened and now I am not sure In am going back.

They went above and beyond our expectations. Tim and Chase looked at different approaches for a serious issue with our vehicle and were of tremendous assistance.

It has been a continuous series of mistakes by this store. Mounting tires that did not require centering rings with my centering rings still in. Having to wait to replace centering rings with no communication from the store. We're promised in two days over a week later I was chasing them down for the answer. Was done now not their fault. Tires not balanced on tires brought them back 5 days later to get rebalance. Promised car would be done in an hour. After many people that came in after me and an hour and a half inquired about the progress of my car which had not moved and it was somehow not their fault and was given a very rude blaming answer by the older gentleman that works there. After two hours and me being the only one left in the store the car was ready. They have to order centering rings a second time in a month for my vehicle. Needless to say for my sanity and the safety of my family I will find a new place to have my car serviced.

All I needed was air in my tires. The poor gentleman (service adviser) was running around very busy, took a moment to get a technician to fill my tires. Than you!

My handicapped husband called 3 days in advance to have new tires, oil change and other items performed on our car. I took the car at the designated time on the day scheduled. First I sat in the waiting room 2 hours before they offered to give me a ride home. Origninally they told me it would take 2 hours to do the work.... when I left they had NOT even touched the car. Then 2 hours following my return home my husband called to check on it and they informed him they only had 3 tires. Needless to say this operation is getting a poor review and lost a good paying customer. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone if you require good customer service and satisfaction. I wish they had a score for VERY POOR service but they don't.....

Tire mounting work performed completely out of spec. Decided to check your work after noting my job sheet left torque and tire pressure figures blank. Loosened and retorqued all bolts to manufacturer specs. All bolts torqued to obviously different levels, 10/20 bolts required a breaker bar to loosen and made a cracking sound (massively overtorqued). Tires inflated 3-5 psi over spec (again not just wrong but inconsistent). Mechanic messed with driving modes in the car. Car returned with wheels filthy and smeared with grease. Car was in the bay on a lift for an hour (takes 20-30 min at Discount Tire). Had to inform front desk person that my car was done after being ignored for 10 minutes. Never coming back to your shop again.

Big O replaced a knock sensor and gasket. One day later, my check engine light was on again. The dealership did the same work, correctly this time. How did the mechanic at Big O not realize there are 2 sensors to replace? This is basic knowledge, according to the dealership. I should have never trusted Big O to have the knowledge to fix this. And this is the 3rd vehicle my family has brought in over the past 4 months without any status calls and work completed later than quoted because they did not order the right or enough parts. Management, communication and quality of work has suffered due to turnover. No wonder the good people leave.

We've gone to this store for years, when Sean and Gizmo left we hesitated continually going but our warranty is there so the choice wasn't really an option. Now every time we go we know to plan a day for it, that there will be oil all over the interior of my car, and service would be questionable. Today was no different, went to get my tire plugged as it had a screw in it... plug clearly wasn't done right since now the tire is flat again and we will be making another trip in. I should of known since it took only thirty minutes for them to do it and not the typical 4-6. We have 9 cars, a boat and a camper; not that it matters but we are a large account, if I was a new customer maybe I could of gotten 5 star service too.

Ever since Gizmo ( The GM) left this store, the store has gone down the drain. Whom ever this new female GM is she sucks!!!!!! When I was in the store waiting for my oil to be changed all she did was yell at the other staff members. It appeared to me that her attitude is negative and very unprofessional. What ever changes have been made since Gizmo left seem disorganized and it has slowed the delivery service of the shop. Example: the "oil change appointment board" I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 and work on my car did not even begin until 11:15. Other customers were upset and the female manager did not give a rip. To bad. I have been a customer for past 5 years. This Big-O tire store has done my last oil change. I will not be coming back. I will also tell my friends not to come back either due to lack of customer service and the crappy attitude of the GM. A lost and unsatisfied customer.

Tim helped us out immensely when out of town and our daughter had her first flat. Friendly and helpful. Big O took care of her issue very quickly and provided only the items necessary to get her back on the road safely. We've been going there for over 5 years and highly recommend for both tires and mechanical issues.

I scheduled an 11am appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I called in at 1pm to see if it was complete and the work hadn't started. I received a call at 2:30 saying the work was completed. This has happened at this same location several times. Most of my afternoon centers around waiting for the oil change to be complete.

This is the 2nd time in a row that upon picking up my wife's car after an oil change that we found the inside a total mess. Grease and oil smeared all over the drivers side seat, door panel, steering wheel and consol. I reported this the last time as well. Glad to see our comments and reviews are taken seriously. Needless to say we won't be returning.
