I have never been dissatisfied with big O tires . I would definitely use them again.

I walked in when I had some spare time and the team serviced my vehicle so quickly. I schedule at a dealership for my other vehicles and they're more expensive and less efficient. I will be using this location for the rest of my oil change needs.

I have always received the best treatment at the Big O Tires off of Smokey Hill Road near Southlands Mall. I had a pretty significant "bill" at the end of this visit, which wasn't a surprise, but it was nice to receive a call from Tim outlining everything and making sure I was comfortable with the work before they did anything. And they made every effort to get it done in one day for me. I highly recommend this store.

My daughter and I were helped as soon as we walked through the door. I had already signed up for my service over the computer so it was just needed to be pulled up from the store's computer. He asked if this was what we wanted to be done to the car and we said yes. I asked about how long would it be and the gentleman said about an hour so I told him we would return in an hour. He enough checked for a discount for us so we paid less money than we thought. I was very happy with the whole service.

I get my tires there. Have them rotated often and other mechanical work done that is out of my league.
