The gentlemen were very considerate and helpful. Knew what they were doing. Explained the issue, gave timeline of when repairs would be completed, and finished the repairs ahead of schedule.

Bailey, my customer service technician, was courteous and professional. The intake process was quick. The place was clean, especially the restroom . I appreciate that. it was discovered that I will need some future brake work done, but not this visit. I appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the workers!

Dan, the owner is always watching over his operation and doesn't hesitate to jump in if he sees something that isn't right. He is usually there and keeping performance at a high level. I like that and I like this store. thats what keep bringing me back, that and they have coffee.

I just needed a tire mounted so no at car greeting. No big deal. But i stood in line about 30 seconds and Don interrupted his book work and came to assist. They have always been nice and helpful and that is still the case

Simply the customer service I received. It doesn't matter if you get the car fixed or even get it fixed fast, for me its how I am treated as a customer when paying for a service and leaving my "priceless" vehicle in the hands of others. Toyota obviously does not understand that concept. I only go there to get my oil changed so as not to void my warranty. Their customer service level ranks as one of the lowest I have experienced. Yours, so far is the best!
