Dan made it a point to introduce himself to me, as I was a new customer. I was immediately impressed by the shop's cleanliness and atmosphere, as well as by the team's efficiency and professionalism. The team worked together harmoniously to keep things moving, and my repair was processed slightly ahead of an already aggressive estimate. I'll definitely be returning to this shop and singing their praises to other locals.

Clint is outstanding!! I needed a new set of A/T's, came in on Black Friday for a price quote and Clint always treats me like I might know what I am talking about (because I do!). I scheduled for Monday and Clint made sure everything was done perfectly. Love his customer service and his knowledge.

Nate was so so helpful!!! I would have had to end up paying for two tires, but he prompted me to find out if I had tire protection and I did!! I ended up getting two tires for the price of one! He was knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. :) great job.

We have been doing business with Big O for years. Chad and Baily(sp) are always ready to help as well as everyone else. I usually deal with the guys. Dave should be very proud of these guys AND the whole staff. They always let us know the cost, timing etc. Real neighborhood service!
