Big O Tires

I've been taking my Subaru to Big O for years and they have always taken excellent care of my vehicle!

Chad was great, we came in on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend with a flat tire. Knowing full well it couldn't be fixed safely. He totally got us 4 brand new tires for our truck and we were good as new by 3 pm. It was awesome.

I forget the gentlemen's name that helped me out, but he was great. Very friendly and helpful, and attentive to my needs. I needed to get across town the afternoon I came in, and he was able to get me straightened out with a great deal in time to get where I needed. I definitely appreciated the service and will return for any future needs. Thanks!

We have been taking our cars to this Big O Tires off Hampden Road for many many years, would not go anywhere else. Clint is professional and so easy to work with, these guys have our trust. Often recommend them as all the staff are hard working and efficient and always give good advise on what needs to be done to keep our cars in good shape.

The crew members that helped me with my oil change and tire rotation were so kind and helpful. They told me an hour and were actually done in about 35 minutes. Great service and easy to book an appt over the phone.

Nate was awesome as usual. Took the time to track down 4 tires from different locations. 4 tires,alignment and oil change, on a very busy snow day. He made it happen as promised.

I really appreciate that this store looks beyond the service that's requested, if only for awareness. Recently I had some work done on my car that would take quite a bit of time. The owner saw to it that I had a ride home so I wouldn't need to sit there all day. I want to give Nate a huge shout out for all the one on one help that he provided throughout the day. Because of his diligence to make sure the work and cost was done right, I will continue to take my car to this location.
