Staff was friendly and very helpful explaining different options. I also had them check my brakes, and they didn't try to up sell me a product that wasn't needed. That makes me want to return to them when the product actually is needed.

The employees are the best value. They take the time to listen to a non mechanic try to explain the problem and what was done to troubleshoot it. Being in customer service myself I understand how trying it can be patiently listening to someone get a problem off their chest.
