Never disappointed with our local Big O on Tower and Hampden!!!

I was waiting for them to come tell me "everything else" my truck needed, to get more sales, but it didn't happen. I appreciate that!

Went there with a coupon, and they gave me the coupon price even though it was a truck. All of the staff I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful.

Clint and Nate were very helpful and I trusted everything they recommended for my car.

Staff was friendly and very helpful explaining different options. I also had them check my brakes, and they didn't try to up sell me a product that wasn't needed. That makes me want to return to them when the product actually is needed.

This is by far the best Big O I have done business with! Always greeted with a genuine "Hi, how ya doing"! And work is completed in a timely fashion!
