Big O Tires

It was time for my car service. I also needed tires. Please note I have been a customer for over 2 years. The crew at BOT have always been professional and courteous. If you really want a full service center that looks out for YOU, this is where you should go.

I had taken my vehicle to several shops never fixing issue, Jesse immediately found and resolved the problem within an hour!!!

The Manager was very helpful and worked with me on pricing to give me a great deal.

I had taken my vehicle to other mechanics for my suspension. The issue was never resolved. Jesse was able to pinpoint issue including parts needed. It was taken care of no problem Big O tires should be glad to have him as an employee.

I started bringing my car here 6 months ago over discount tire, because it was close to my house. Now I bring all my cars here for all service needs. They are all friendly guys, honest, and take care of me.

Their knowledge of the different tires they sell is amazing. I wanted a smooth riding tire and that's exactly what I received. My wife is thrilled with the smooth ride. Hampden store has the best team Bailey and the guys are always friendly and very helpful. They are very patient with all of your questions. They have the best mechanic team specially Moe H. I will definitely come back and trust them with my cars. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family members.

Great staff at Tower and Hampden in Aurora. They took great care of me and went far beyond anything I had a right to expect. It is a staff like this that has made me do business with this location for almost 20 years.

Was told what I needed to know. Was given a time estimate. Was called when techs determined what needed to be done. Was called again when work was completed.

I had to install new used engine. Considering what had to be done they have been great to me. Nothing to complain about

A failed battery harness caused an arc, followed by a fire, under the hood of my truck. The staff received my truck from the tow truck and got to work immediately. They identified the cause of the problem and replaced the burnt and failed parts right away. I drove to work a couple days later in my truck - which I assumed would be a total loss. Thank you to Nate and the crew at my local shop - Hampden and Tower, aurora co, 80013.

I originally wanted to purchase wheels and tires, winter 2nd set for my car. Money isn't bigO priority as is Customer satisfaction. I was told that is not necessary for my car, what I had is sufficient. This HONESTY afforded me to immediately service my moms car. [$300saved], New tires for nieces car. [$600 saved]. And bigO, this location earned my loyalty 4 LIFE. The bigO closest to me, lost my loyalty last year because of the guys up front

So my car got a flat tire the night before I came in. I called multiple numbers for auto services around my place and Big O tires answered and was the friendliest and said “come asap and we’ll take care of you” I believe his name was bailey, super awesome guy. I show up in 5 minutes and they said, have a seat we’ll take a look and help out as best we can. I waited for like 5 minutes before someone came to me saying they didn’t see a nail or anything. They filled it up and sealed it. Must’ve just been the cold weather that got it flat. Very quick and the friendliest service I’ve ever gotten. I had to tip the guy he was that awesome. I usually go to tires plus for all my auto repairs but man did they get beaten easily. 10/10 recommend.

Made an appointment online, Jessie called me back and we chatted about tires..Figured out i made a mistake on the appointment date which he quickly. Arrived for my appointment and found there was a mistake in they not having all the tires for my vehicle. Dan said no worries, the others would be in by noon so I left to do errands and went back about noon..Dan took excellent care of my vehicle, got the tires mounted and balanced and a wheel alignment completed in about 90 minutes which was excellent time. Great bunch of individuals at this location

Nate was such a great help, he had my car ready so fast it was incredible!

Today, Jesse Rodarte was incredibly kind and helpful and was able to resolve our issue (not having the right wheel lock). He spoke Spanish too, which was even better for my father!
