Big O Tires

I recently had back surgery and I called the store, and some to Danny, to tell them I needed a new battery. My roommate drove me to the location and went inside to get Danny. He came out to talk to me and sent a text out to us to test the battery right in the handicapped spot. After they determined we did need a new battery, they brought everything to me. I never even had to get out of my car and it took less than an hour. I love this store!!

The employees are always very friendly, courteous, and respectful. They are also very knowledgeable. I have been taking my cars to this location for about fifteen years. I would never take it anywhere else.

Clint Woodard and the whole team were very generous and kind in helping my son and I out! Such a wonderful huge blessing! As a single parent it's financially hard on myself in having a child to care for. They blessed us with 2 tires that were needed because of much snow we've been getting lately here. I will definitely be going back to get my vehicle serviced there. So wonderful to know that not all companies are just about the money but are genuinely concerned for the safety of my child and I. A huge thank you and so humbled by how we were blessed!
