Great price. Shopped multiple stores and online, prices couldn’t be beat. I was a walk-in at 3:00pm and picked up my truck at 6:00pm. I bought both tires and wheels; very satisfied!

When I went to big O tires their service was pretty good. The waiting time was decent. There is food and beverages for you if you got hungry overall a great company recommend going there.

I had an appointment to have my tires rotated but I was running a little bit late. I got there and Nate said they were super busy that day and that it may take up to an hour and a half to get me in. He went to check my mileage and I went to sit down and wait. Not 20 minutes later Nate walked up with my keys and said I was all set and that he had seen that I had an appointment and wanted to make sure he took care of me. That is what stellar customer service is all about. Every time I go to this Big O they take care of business and make sure I walk away happy. I will be back again soon.
