Awesome service again. It was done later than expected yet I know they checked out more than I had brought it in for. I now,rest assured as a single woman I can get in my car and drive again knowing that my car was cared for with great service and I was treated with respect. Thank you staff at Big O.

Bailey was awesome. I don't remember who checked me out when I picked up but he was great as well! Only issues is I got the car back with a new scratch and my car was left unlocked in the parking lot. But with the quality of the customer service I chose to not let it damper your review!

I like the fact that I was told a 4pm appointment is towards the end of the day and if I could get it in a bit earlier, they’d get me out of the faster… which they did!
