Hello ... Wanted to say a special thanks to Nate and the tech Alex fixing my car today.! Very professional and always get me in when I need big o tires! Been using this company for years and never had a problem and very sweet employees... I cant leave out clint his also been a very big help and professional from past jobs I also have to thank all the techs in back appreciate all of them too... The owner of the company and his son are also awesome and very helpful i would never go anywhere else very much appreciated! Always Support all your mom and pop shops! Thanks again Claudia

I found a slow leak in my tire over the last week. As I've been doing for more than 10 years, I brought my care into this Big O location for whatever maintenance needs I have. This time, as in the past, the guys took great care of me and my car. They're always fair, quick and aren't looking to sell me stuff / service I don't need. Because of that, they've been doing all the work on my & my wife's cars for more than a decade. I'll be back for sure.

They just needed to swap my winter tires and wheels for my summer tires and wheels. Quick service. The guys helping me was really nice and friendly.

I have been coming to this big O Tires for several years, and I have always been treated with the utmost of respect and kindness and professionalism of any place I have ever had service my vehicle. This big O Tires will always and forever be the only place that I take my vehicle.

Had our vehicle in an independent shop for 2 1/2 months for it going into limp mode and check engine lights. Less than 24 hours at Big O and it was resolved. We will definitely be taking our vehicles there from now on. Thank you.

I've always counted on this Big O to repair the family vehicles. I certainly appreciate their expertise and quick service.

Bailey greeted me upon arrival. I had booked an appointment and he was able to easily find me in system. He asked for my budget and was able to offer all the services I'd scheduled within that budget. They were also missing one of the tires I purchased and he communicated clearly and even went to the warehouse the same day to retrieve it. It was less than 3 hours and I had my car back!
