The employees are always very helpful and accomodating when I come in for my oil to be changed. It's always done in a small amount of time and I can count on that with my busy schedule. I've been coming to this BigO Tires for sometime now, and depend on the mechanics to notice anything unusual. Which they have done in the past. I used to dread oils changes, not so much now!

I gave 5 stars only because of Clint who is amazing at this location and is the absolute best. But my past experience was not the best (not Clints fault... he would have made sure we were taken care of). I made an appt. for noon. So it was almost 2 PM and I called to check on my car but still wasn't even started. Nate who works there put my info in the waiting folder vs. the appt folder. If you do talk with Nate and you made an appt. make sure he puts your info in the right folder. To make up for my loss time Clint gave me my oil change for free which was wonderful. I would have paid but he knows great customer service. What pissed me off the most was that Nate didn't even call me as a courtesy to just let me know he was backed up and that my car would not go in on time. But then I learned he messed up altogether

Bailey and Clint have taken care of my car needs for years and always go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I appreciate knowing I can trust them to make sure my son’s car is safe.

I have had my winter tires put on as well as two previous oil changes at this location. On this recent visit for an oil change I brought my Jeep in the morning and when I returned to pick it up in the afternoon it had not been done yet. Although this was frustrating, the staff at this location took the time to own the situation and make it right. I appreciate the honest way they handled what could have been an even more frustrating experience. I will continue to go to this Big O location for both of the cars at my house because of how I was treated earlier this week. Thanks for being honest and open about what happened.

Monday my car started shaking while I was driving. I thought I had a flat or my wheel was falling off. I made it to Big O at hampden and tower. I was immediately greeted by Nate and he came right out to look, my tire was ok but I had brown a CV axle. Not only did he get it in and fixed that same day but he also made sure to change my oil (they take care of 4 vehicles for me)
