I was satisfied but I was also surprised. All I needed was a tire patch, because of a nail, and the trip worked out perfectly. I got there, told the clerk what my problem was, the tire was patched and I was on my way within 20 minutes, or so. I suspect because it was only an how till closing time and they wanted to make sure they were off in time. I was pleasantly surprised because there's usually a catch and this time I was able to just get the tire fixed and was sent on my way without any trouble or being sold to, which is very unusual. I actually got the service I wanted this time.

Had to return after new tires were put on due to a vibration feeling. This was looked at and taken care of in aver professional and courteous manner and the Manager was kind enough to take us home while the car was worked on initially and took the car for a test drive after they addressed the vibration just to make sure it was fixed. I appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of this BIG O manager and his employees!

I tried to get in on a Saturday but service was full. I scheduled for Monday at 8:00 and my car was in and out. I only had to go in to get a screw removed. Thank you for offering this service for free. I will be back when I need tires or an Oil Change. I was told I needed an oil change soon.
