Big O Tires

Big O at Tower and Hampden has been servicing our cars for years (how many vehicles do you have on file for us? Haha!!!) The staff there are our "car guys." I truly don't know what we have done without their help. Nate is especially attentive to us! Thank you so much!!!

Quick turn around.

I was satisfied but I was also surprised. All I needed was a tire patch, because of a nail, and the trip worked out perfectly. I got there, told the clerk what my problem was, the tire was patched and I was on my way within 20 minutes, or so. I suspect because it was only an how till closing time and they wanted to make sure they were off in time. I was pleasantly surprised because there's usually a catch and this time I was able to just get the tire fixed and was sent on my way without any trouble or being sold to, which is very unusual. I actually got the service I wanted this time.

The service tech that assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, priced everything out in advance and kept in close contact. Very helpful and will definitely ask for him next time we go in for any service

We have been taking our vehicles here for years anytime we need new tires or repairs. They are always very upfront and clear with pricing, and scheduling up an appointment is always easy.

Overall i like the service

I tried to get in on a Saturday but service was full. I scheduled for Monday at 8:00 and my car was in and out. I only had to go in to get a screw removed. Thank you for offering this service for free. I will be back when I need tires or an Oil Change. I was told I needed an oil change soon.

Great service as always

The service was great! I have always taken our Hyundais to the dealership but now I have more trust in Big O than I do the dealership! I'll keep coming to Big O for service.

From the first time I came to the store, I was blown away by the helpfulness and the knowledge of the staff. Since then I have brought all my vehicles to get an oil change or tires or whatever is needed. Nat is the person who I go to for help and he is a great guy and always willing to get me what I need.

Went to Big O for an alignment and Clint Woodard helped me check in and told me that it wouldn't take too long for my car. I just went to the Kohl's store nearby and I got a call about 30 minutes later to pick up my car. Clint showed me that my car was definitely out of alignment and told me the Michelin CrossClimate tires that I had will be good tire overall.
