I had misplaced my wheel lock. Danny found one and was able to get my car turned around quickly. Excellent service.

The online appointment scheduling was easy. I was greeted at my car, the guy was helpful and nice, the service was completed quicker than expected, and the price was extremely reasonable.

Friendly staff and timely work

I was in a pinch and late for every errand I had to run for the day and of course got a flat tire. I didn’t panic at all knowing Frank could take care of me like he always has. He got me in and out in no time. I love using Big O knowing the quality of service I receive is excellent and consistent with Frank. I will follow Frank to any shop he works at even if I have to drive by 5 to get there.

Have any other young women out there ever felt like when you walk into a mechanics shop, someone is trying to sell you something you don't need because they assume you don't understand how cars work? I know I have! Well this Big O tires is the place to go if you're tired of that. Everyone who works there are amazingly helpful, friendly, informative, not at all condescending and all in all a bunch of really nice guys. I would highly recommend this location to everyone but especially my friends who dread the all too common "No sir, I know what an alternator is I know I don't need a new one yet " routine. Thanks to everyone at Big O and especially Adrien for making truck trouble as painless as possible.

I just got my Ford Bronco back it had an attitude problem I had it at two other mechanics and then Adrian said he could fix it and he did. It had been that the other two mechanics places for two and a half months. Thank you Adrian and blessings I highly recommend you give Adrian the opportunity to work on your car too
