The service was quick and he even provided a weld for a loose bumper bracket to fix a problem I didn't even come in for. After you buy tires from Big O that's when you experience their high level of service. My front tire was consistently loosing pressure. They first removed it and resealed the bead. When that didn't fix the problem they removed the tire and refinished the wheel mount creating a smooth surface which would then correctly seal the tire. And what did Bog O charge me for this service - nothing. Great products and superior service - go to Big O.
