Big O has been my tire company for the past 20 years. They know me by name and whenever I just need air they always accommodate me. I appreciate the free rotation and would not go anywhere else (even though my son wanted me to get new tires elsewhere in December). I told him I appreciate the service and feel like family.

I had great service at this BOT. They fixed my car so I wouldn't die out there on the road. The one thing that sticks out in my mind is the customer service. And I have Adrian Fuller to thank for that. Not only did he try so hard for me to understand the car situation that he had to draw me a picture, and when that didn't work, he used nurse talk!! (As you can see,I am not a car person.:)) Adrian also stopped everything to make sure my kids Furby was in the car. (sounds crazy I know) but he even hung out with the little thing until I picked it up. Thank you Adrian!! Your are my car peeps now!!

I can never sit in the waiting room because of the smell of the tires, so the score is low on that. Other than that, we have been loyal customers for the past 12 years. We are greeted by name and a genuine care for our wellbeing as well as the car. Can't give them a high enough rating in every other way. Excellent service.

My husband and I have been longtime Big O customers. I got a new car that still has the factory tires on it, but I had a nail or something in one of my tires. I stopped in at Big O to see if they could help fix it and was ready to pay for a repair service. They immediately pulled my car in, removed the offending metal and tested for any leaks (finding none), all at no charge, then sent me on my way with a smile. The service was speedy and professional and I was gratefully surprised that it was complimentary. This is why when I need new tires on this newer car, I'll be returning to Big O for them.

I shopped around town to get all season tires. Your store not only had a great mid-range tire it was at a good price. I could have gotten the best tire but my car is an older model with about 50K miles left in it. Billy was so helpful. He went over all the important issues to consider and even helped me with disposing of some other tires. Good advice!
