I always get great customer service here!!! They explain everything and are very helpful in what needs to be done.

Excellent service, courteous, took time to fully understand my specific needs, explained what could and what could not be done due to DOT legislation.

After visiting our neighborhood Big Box Retailer of GMC and Honda products (after doing business with them since 2008) for an oil change and tire rotation last week, and having been told by the GM-side Service Advisor that the front brake pads on my wife's vehicle were down to 4mm (from 12mm), and that they could remedy that situation for around $350.00; I decided to take her vehicle to another shop and get a second opinion. The Big Box Store Service Advisor claimed that the Lube Tech measured the pads. The Service Advisor didn't think to look at our account to see that the front brakes had been changed only 9000 miles / 18 months ago; and might have thought it unusual that the brakes were prematurely worn?? That would make my wife one of the few people who can manage to wear off 8mm worth of brake pad in 9000 miles (she doen't tow anything, doesn't transport 450 lb people, and we don't live in San Francisco) - even the poorest quality brake pad will last 25000 miles. Some folks can get 50000 miles out of a set of pads. Fortunately, we didn't take them up on their kind offer. I walked in to Big O Tires for their free brake inspection service, was immediately greeted in the showroom by Mark, who got the vehicle in ASAP; no sales double talk or anything otherwise disingenuous. Mark introduced me to the store's Master Tech Jack. I watched as Jack pulled the wheels, and did his inspection. I don't think it took even 5 minutes before Jack summoned me to the repair bay/lift area. Jack agreed that the diagnosis we were given was incorrect - I will go out on a limb and say "fraudulent". The front brake pads were like new - Jack commented that they looked "brand new". The Rear shoes were in near new condition as well - Jack commented further that the rear drums had not been removed for inspection for some time, given the amount of rust and debris that he had to knock loose in order to inspect them. I was relieved, but also grieved that I was now forced to be suspect of any other "work" these guys at the Big Box retailer had (presumably) done for us, on both cars in the past 11 years. I was grateful that this Big O store was open, offered the free brake inspection, and that Jack and Mark are professionals (they could have said some derogatory things about the Big Box retailer, but refrained), and people of integrity. I will be back.

Service and customer service was great.

when I move to Loveland from Fort Collins I tried to Loveland bigo and it sucked. I choose to drive farther to this bigo for the awesome customer service that I get from Adrian and the Gang. I highly recommend this store. When I lived in Carbondale Aspen area I used to drive all the way to Grand Junction to the bigo by the mall I did service with Joe armenta for over 20 years I feel Adrian is of the same high quality management and customer service thank you Adrian and bigo Friends

AJ went above and beyond to squeeze me in on a busy day after another tire place in town triple booked me and couldn't actually complete the service I needed. They were polite and never made me feel like a bother.

The manager and the technician were both very cordial. The tire was repaired very quickly

While I may not like spending money, the service has ALWAYS been the best it could be over the twelve years I've been going to Big O. Everyone has always been both great and professional.
