Big O Tires

Danny and his team are absolutely the best! I've been taking my King Ranch truck to Big O since I moved to Fort Collins five years ago, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment and service they provide. You can't beat them!

It's clear Big O is attempting an upgrade. My regular complaint is the odor of the waiting room. Now it has been shifted to another area, but it still stinks. No fan, no air circulation and now no TV.

Thank you for your help with the issue I was having with my tires! Exceptional customer service. Adrian was awesome!! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

First time in shopping at Big O tires. (I usually go to Discount Tires) The counterman Adrian was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He went out of his way to accommodate me. Also the technician Oscar and others was very professional and FAST. I will shop at this store again.

Truly this is one of the best tire stores I have ever encountered in my 40 years of driving. No challenge is ever an issue! These guys take the worry out of anything car related

Really enjoyed the level of service I received. I had been going to a different mechanic and had a feeling they were trying to jab me on a service I didn’t need. I decided to get a second opinion. Your team was able to get me a honest opinion about work I needed work done and other stuff that I didn’t. Also priced very competitively compared to my quote from the other mechanic. Thank you for treating me with honesty and respect! I’ll be in again for sure.

Due to the snow storm, our service kept getting pushed back, however the associates were more than willing to accommodate our schedules and work with us.

Delilah was about to close the store when I pulled up with a couple old tires that needed replacement. Instead of making me come back on Monday, she stayed an took my order. She is very professional and friendly and would be someone I would like to have representing my Business.

They were super friendly and help figure out which tires I needed. They even fixed my wiper blade that stopped working. He also told me what was wrong with my ac. I will be back.

I brought my car to Big O today on a whim today. I was driving to Ft Collins for a business meeting...and Ft Collins is 75 miles away from home but my Tires were BAD! Within 15 minutes of calling them, I was at Big O, checking my car in, and then my guy, Montey, offers to DRIVE ME over to the restaurant...PLUS he told me to call and he'd come back to get me after my lunch! Talk about VIP service. Thank you Montey!

Danny was extremely helpful in guiding me with what to do for my car. I’m a female college student and so I don’t know a lot and the price was also a constraint- he was so kind and helped me in all of the ways that he could. He was so awesome!
