Had tires in stock. They where knowledgeable on the questions I had about the whole process. Work was done in a reasonable time for being a walk-in.

Danny was quite helpful during my new-tire 'hunt'. He listened carefully and presented several great alternatives. I used his information coupled with my past experience and some Internet searches to narrow my choices. I returned to the shop and Danny helped me make my final choice. I purchased my new tires from Big-O.

The service manager Brad at the Fort Collins Mason Street store had everything lined up. My tires were mounted on the new wheels before I showed up and the wait time for mounting was minimal. Brad made sure the air pressure and the torque for the new wheels were set correctly. Brad explained the waranty I had purchased and what needed to be done to make sure the warranty remained in effect. Overall great service and will recommend.

Would recommend to friends and family due to the fact that they fixed my tire with a small charge. But actually fixed it when another tire company wouldn't see it

As the owner, I live in Florida and my son lives in Fort Collins. Everyone is helpful with the process. I pay over the phone and my son is on his way quickly. Thank you!

The 1st person I talked to was able to suggest tires, but really didn't know know much about tires. He was unable to explain differences between brands or tire ratings. Kind of like a deer in the headlights. Deli also steped in and saved the day. She understood tires, helped me pick some, and had them installed very quickly.

I had a screw in my tire. I called and they said they could get me taken care of within 45 min. Took less than 10min they were able to patch up my tire and have me back in my vehicle

I went into the 8th of October at the mason street store in Fort Collins and was helped by Billy Irvine. He was respectful and very accommodating to me. I wanted Michelin tires and he didn't try to sell me anything else. I got a competitive price and he placed my order and set up installation on Wed Oct 10th. My service on the 10th was okay, but not to the extent Billy gave me. He was off that day. If Billy had been there, I'm sure all of my ratings would have been a 5.

My experience started with a phone call to the shop. A very friendly, professional person answered my question and I was at the shop 20 minutes later. I had a flat tire and it was fixed in no time, including the rotation of the tires. It wasn't my first time at the shop and it won't be the last.

Was able to make a same day appointment, no problem. Knowledgeable employees and I always feel like I'm being treated with respect.

I waited a long time and another customer who just walked in was taken first. I had to tell the sales rep that the tires I wanted had a promo with a lower price. He did go out of his way to get my new wipers and explaining all of the charges.

Ive been coming in for all my tire needs from my boat trailer tires, cars, truck for years.Rrotations, air checks are always done for free and with little or no waiting. And they know me by name. Thanks for taking care of me.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They also did a good job with wait time estimate. The only thing I would prefer is if they would have called out my name or type of vehicle when it was done. I am unsure how long I had waited before I got the text message that it was done.
