A worker named John helped us quote and figure out the best option for our road trip we were planning for . The car we had was not ready for the road trip but he made sure to lead us to what should be fixed first so we felt safe enough to drive.

I think some staff has changed. I came in for my regular LOF service, and for tires to be rotated and balanced. I also asked that the rear shocks be checked. Typically, I would receive a call letting me know status and to discuss any pending work, but this time I just got a text saying my vehicle was done. When I went in to pick it up, the oil change and tire rotation had been done, but the wheel balancing and check of the shocks was not.

I have been a highly satisfied customer for 15 yearts at this Big O store. My only (and continuing) complaint is with the air quality in the waiting room. I have a hard time breathing in the tire fumes. I could not wait outside because it was winter. There has to be a solution to this problem.

My husband and I always use Big O, and have for many years. This time it felt a little different to me, and not as professional. Why? This is why: I came in asking 3 things: my tire light had been on so please check the air in the tires; rotate tires, and change the oil. So, when I was told my car was ready, and I asked if all three things were done, the air in tires had not been checked. I was told probably the tire light went on in the morning because the temperature in mornings is cold.Really? It's been in the 50's and 60's in the morning. I didn't believe that for a minute, and when I asked for the air to be checked, it turned out that one tire WAS low. I asked if something was wrong perhaps with the tire, and I was told that if that was true, I would see something visible like a nail or something, so you asked 'Did I see a nail or something in it? I don't know about you, but I don't look at all 4 of my tires to see a small nail. At almost 70 years of age, that's not something that my aging eyes notice! I was hoping you could tell me if I need a tire repair or not, but that didn't happen. So, that was my experience. We always use Big O, because we trust you 100% (still do), and we will continue using and recommending you. It just was not really my best experience, especially when you thought the job was done, and I had to remind you guys to check the air in the ties.That was my first request when I came into your store and my first concern (not wanting a flat) . Thanks for the opportunity to vent. .

I felt the employees could have given me a better estimate on when my car was ready. I was in the waiting room for two and a half hours and they never came to me to tell me the status of my car or how long the wait would be. I didn't care it took several hours to get the car done, but they could have given me a better estimate than "sometime today". Also don't advertise appointments if the store doesn't allocate time or space for those who make one.

we have always loved our service with Big O but this time my husband got a call saying the fuel filter was filthy we were wondering how they could tell without taking it off. and surely they don't take it off for every oil change and I always thought they checked the fluid levels they didn't this time. It was disappointing.

Brad was very helpful, making sure his manager would be able to pick up the tires I needed from Denver before I brought my vehicle in. He did this with no notice at all, and was courteous and helpful throughout.

I am on crutches and they did attempt to pull my car close, but they left the plastic and paper in the car and I had to ask them to take it out. They also did not update my sticker to remind me when to have the service completed again.

Danny and his staff have won our service for all my personal as well as company vehicles. Always takes care of what we need and keeps costs in a reasonable range.

Left my car at the shop around noon. Came back around 3:30 to find it was done. No call from shop. Good news bad news. They found the reason for the air leak. Bad news- side wall damage on the car facing side of the tire. Rep said not covered even though the damage was not due to driving on under inflated tire. I questioned why not as it would appear to be a road hazard situation and please check with your manager. After checking with manager, rep said it would be covered "this"� time making me feel like being accused of doing the damage. After new tire installed I asked to see the damaged tire. Did not get to see it as the rep said it was already in the trash pile. A few days after the new tire was installed, upon checking the air pressure in all my tires (something I do about once a week) I found three of my tires were at the expected 32pdi however the newly installed tire was at 40+ psi. Very disappointed in the services received on this visit. Have been a Big O Tire purchaser for all of my cars for as long as I can remember. This visit has me considering other establishments.

The staff was very courteous when I ordered tires and when I went in to have them installed. They scheduled a 1 hour appointment to have them installed, it took a little over 1.5 hours. A couple days later I noticed a center cap was missing. Then i realized that wheel was missing a lug nut and only three were actually tightened! I had driven the thing on the highway at 80mph for 400 miles!!! I can't imagine what would have happened to me and my family if that wheel had come off on the interstate. I'm an idiot for not checking it before left the shop but I won't visit this shop again.

The customer service of Adrian and Frank were wonderful. They are the reason I would give Big O another try. I was in this week to have my snow tires removed and replaced with new tires plus an oil change. They were done extremely fast and I questioned the guy at the check out if everything could have been done so fast. He assured me it was. There was no oil change sticker on my dashboard so I went back in to request one. When I returned home to put my snow tires in the garage, they hadn't been loaded in. I returned to the store the next day, got them and asked that Adrian personally check to see if my oil had indeed been changed, it hadn't. I was an hour late for work but more importantly than that, if I had simply believed my oil was changed, the consequences for waiting another 3,000 miles would have been bad. My suggestion is that when a customer questions, do what you can to assure them that the work was done and with quality. And perhaps slow down. Have someone in the end do a quick scan of the order sheet. Thanks
