I had a flat tire in my garage at home and called your store for assistance. John gave me a couple of ideas on how to get my car to the store. I am an in-home caregiver and expressed that I was going to be late for my client. He told me he would get me right in when I got to the store. True to his word, when I got to the store, my tire was fixed really soon and I was on my way! I wasn't too late to my appointment and thrilled with the friendly, speedy service I received. Big O is truly an asset to our community and I recommend them to everyone!

I serviced my car at my dealership and they informed me ne of my tires had a slow leak due to a nail, And said it was unable to be patched. They said my tires were bald and that I needed 4 new tires, and offered to sell me new ones. I went to big o and got another opinion and they had no issues patching the leak and they even rotated my tires. When it came time to pay they told me it was all covered by warranty and I was out the door at no cost to me. Thank you for putting the customer first!!
