I asked that a couple of tires be fixed since I have to add air everyday usually at minimum 15 pounds in tires that are inflated to 30 pounds I was assured that they were fixed when I picked up my car. Nothing has changed. Was the bead checked, was valve stem checked? Should I have to spell this out? Also had stem caps on all 4 tires when I went in but only had two coming out. Minor detail that wouldn't have been an issue if the problem had been fixed but an annoyance since it wasn't.

I'm a returning customer and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. They'll take the time to ensure I understand why they perform certain diagnostics and what the best options are based on the results. Knowing "why" puts my mind at ease.

We carefully selected tires we wanted from online searches and information-gathering. My wife printed up the sheet and went in. Danny (the owner I was told but don't know for sure) insisted that he was showing her the correct tire. They installed those tires but they were not the correct tire after all. Michelin Defenders come in several levels of mileage. The one we wanted was the best one (and most expensive), the 80,000 mile T&H. Danny insisted the one he was showing my wife was the T&H, oblivious about the "name" of this tire since he was keying on the H, which indicates the speed rating. He sold her and installed the Defender LTX (H) 70,000 mile tire (a cheaper tire but at the more expensive T&H price), even though my wife pointed out that it had the name "LTX" on the sidewall while he was showing the tire to her. He ignored that apparently. When she got home I noticed the lower treadwear rating of 700-odd when it should have been 800-odd. He doesn't know what he's selling I guess, and that's giving the benefit of doubt. It's possible he sold a cheaper tire at a more expensive price on purpose for all I know, but I'd like to think it's the former. On the positive side, Jordan at the Ft Collins Mason St store and the guys at the Ft Collins N College store were good. Jordan thanked me (for being nice I guess, instead of yelling at someone) when I had to return, spending valuable time getting tires swapped. But you know, Danny never owned up to it or even said sorry! He had every opportunity to do so too. Then they installed one tire around backwards (inside-out, yes there's an inside and an outside to these black-wall tires, but I doubt it makes much difference until the tire gets removed for some reason and then doesn't get back on in the same fashion, therefore changing the wear pattern). We had to go in again for that, but went to the N College store.

Danny and the crew have through the years always been very dependable, surely likable, and provide excellent service and products. They explain things in detail with quoting, and offer knowledge for my do it yourself desires. I always feel like I am getting some of the best treatment any business could offer. Much appreciation.

I went it to get my brakes checked and they got me checked and took 45 min which what I was expecting with busy service. They also said I was way over do to get my pads and had 1% left, when actually when I went to go change them out myself they still had a lot of pad left on the brake pad. They said it was going to be $371 for everything. I fixed it myself for $40 in 1 hr. They charge very poorly and I think they could have done a lot better job.

Not a good experience at the Fort Collins Mason street Big O Tire store. Brought in my Lexus SUV in for new tires and alignment. Waited over 2 hours for the work to get completed, longer than expected. When I started the truck, a loud alarm sound went off and several traction warning lights (VGS, VSC) came on. I went back into the shop and talked to the manager about the issue. Several Big O tire employee's tried to figure out the issue. The end result was the SUV was not drivable and needed to be towed to the dealer. The dealer found several problems: VGRS actuator assembly failed and the Spiral cable assembly was broken (in neutral, steering wheel would spin around making the SUV un-drivable). Total cost of repair $4990. This is not right, the SUV was in good running condition prior to bringing it to Big O tire, while in their possession something happened to cause the SUV to be un-drivable. I tried several times (over 4 weeks) to resolve this issue and come to a settlement with Big O tires, but have not gotten a response. Plan to prepare for small claims court. Have a vehicle that needs tires and alignment -- Take it somewhere else.

Really an email stating thank you for your recent visit? I haven't been there in months, and after many years of being a frequent customer not likely to return. Last time I stopped by it wasn't I'm sorry, we no longer do oil changes on Saturday's but we don't do oil changes on Saturday's in a tone of voice as if you never did. Not convenient for me to come in on week days.

never even made it into the store. I was put on hold, and when i did speak to a person, I was asked to leave a name and number so I could be called back. If you have time to take my number you have time to talk to me.

I was originally scheduled for an appointment at a time when the lube tech was off. However I received a call within an appropriate amount of time before my appointment to reschedule.

Bought 2 tires Nov. 9. One was flat Sat. Jan. 7. Excuse from your people was that I hadn't bought the extra guarantee. Nevertheless, I am of the opinion that you should stand by a product less than 2 months old. Been going to Big O for 25 years or more and people have always been ready to help and stand by their product. Those days are obviously over.

Brought my car in for a coolant flush and fill and all they did was walk across the street to oreilly auto parts and by a radiator cap(really?!) a radiator cap cost maybe 10 bucks and my total was over 100. Don't go to big o, at least for a flush and fill.
