Big O Tires

The wrong size tires were put on my car. When I got the right ones there weren't caps covering them... I don't think its worth coming back though. I'm scared that something worse would happen to my car. Offered a free oil change but I'm to scared to use it...

They were fast and mounted and balanced my tires properly.

Very disappointed. Big O has been my go-to tire shop for many years. On this occasion, I was buying my son tires as a gift. I sent him to Big O with instructions to get tires and tell them that I would swing by after my lunch appointment to pay the bill. He got the tires, but staff would not give him the car until I paid. He had to just sit in the waiting area for over an hour until I got there. I understand that you have to get paid, but holding him hostage while simply waiting for me was pretty cheesy. In all these years we've always paid. Bill was only $300. Does not seem like too much risk for you to give me a couple hours to pay.

This is my 3rd trip to Big O in less than a year. I return due to honest, reliable service. Brad is excellent at explaining things and seeing that things are taken care of.

I dropped off my vehicle for a oil change, tire leak, and a tire rotation. I was notified 3 hours later that my vehicle was done. I paid my bill and got into my vehicle to drive home. The steering wheel was covered in grease!! Upon arriving home I checked the dash computer and it showed the oil level at 7% and the tires were all under inflated and the tire that had the leak was still showing low air warring. I immediately call back to the office and was assured that all the work had been completed and the tech had just forgot to reset the dash computer. I explained to the office that I was leaving on a trip in the morning and leaving my vehicle at the airport and did not want to come home to a flat tire in the airport parking lot late at night. The office employee (in you face) laughed and said if my tie was flat that they would drive out and pick me up. I arrived back from my trip Sunday night (11/09) and found my vehicle in the airport parking lot with a flat!!!!! None of the work that I requested was completed but your company was more than willing to take my money and leave me stranded at the airport.

The staff is trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I keep coming back to this store for all my tire needs. Adrian is a great asset and addition to this store and needs to be congratulated for his positive attitude and exemplary service to all customers. He keeps the store running and customers returning!!

Always great to work with

I purchased a set of tires a few months ago from Big 0. I got a bolt in one of the tires so I went to the store on mason to have it repaired or replaced. I am from out of town and needed the tire replaced so I could be on my way. The salesmen that I was working with said " it will be here at 12:00 noon for sure and I will call you with a ETA shortly" because they had to order the tire. Well long story short I never got the call with a ETA. I called numerous times to figure out what was going on. First it was 12:00 then 2:00, 3:00 and finally it showed up at about 4:00. My tire was leaking the entire time I was waiting! In the past when I bought tires from discount they changed the tire and put the spare on the ground before I left.

Brad did an awesome job from his prompt phone response on answering my questions and ordering my tires to the prompt and professional service once I arrived for the tire install. No surprises or pressure for additional service just over all a great experience!

I had my car in on September 6th to have the 2 rear tires replaced. While reinstalling the aftermarket wheels, your techs showed no consideration or due process in noticing the wheels and lug nuts not being factory. 2 lug nuts were clearly over-tightened using a simple impact wrench. 1 nut was over-tightened and seized onto the lug stud. The other was put on and cross threaded onto the stud. This negligence resulted in 1 stud needing to be broken off and replaced. The other was stripped out and the lug stud was shrunk in size, thus needing to be replaced as well. The parts and labor for the stud replacement was $100. Lug nut replacement resulted in the purchase of a new set as individual lug nuts are not an option. The set was purchased for $115. The time out of my day for the service completion was 3 hours. In total, $300 was lost. Will not use this company or any affiliates again.

I have had slow leaks in 3 of the 4 tires over the past couple of years due to corrosion on the tire rims. Big-O has repaired these tires with no complaints that it wasn't their fault or anything like that. They provided the service they promised and did it with a smile. Thank you.

Beware of Tire Kingdom of Phillips Highway. Every visit to the company resulted in a revisit just for rotating tires.I would need to revisit for tire pressure.I decided not to use company unless I needed rotation and balancing which is complimentary since I purchased tires there.Iwent to Pep Boys to have oil changed this year.The technician explained to me he could not perform oil change since oil was leaking and all over engine.He told me whoever did My last oil change stripped the bolt .Tire Kingdom was the last to change oil.I was also told by Pep Boys that two of my tires where placed inside out.When comforting Tire Kingdom they said Pep Boys did it� I then took car to BMW dealership .Their report stated severe oil leakingthat appears to be coming from oil filter cap.Oil completely saturated the belt causing it to come apart.Needless to say I can not drive my car and the responsible party for causing all these issues....will not take care of it.General Manager also could not even return calls...in meeting .Very very disappointing.

My guy was super great. He saved my day and maybe my life. I had a spike in my tire. I always buy my tires from Big O. I've told everyone in the last week how great you guys are
