I had to get something never had done before. 4 new wheel containers for the tires.. Hohn the manager, was very helpful guiding me thru why I needed these, what each type would cost, do or not… he answered all my questions, respected my final Choice and why. He called me when they cane in..I had to change the install time twice… and that was no problem for him He explained everything they did Answers all my questions Showed me the tire broken tire pressure gauge So I new ones.. things I didn’t know about Really excellent service all around with John and his team!!

Been using Big O location on mason for almost 7 years and always have a fantastic experience. I will say one of the guys I believe who is a manager (white slicked back hair) is rude and condescending when he speaks to customers though. Do not like interacting with him and try to avoid him at all costs.

The people at the South Mason store, we're just the opposite of those on North College. People on South Mason more courteous and Johnny on the spot! Windshield wipers I needed replace for $7 less then the quote I got on North College. I would recommend these folks to anyone!

Friendly Fast service

I had a slow leak on my front driver side. I was immediately greeted. Found right away, there was, indeed a small nail in it. I was told it would take a few hours. But it was pulled in and taken care of immediately. I was out of there within 15 minutes. Thank you!

They did a great job. They missed checking the spare but did take care of it prior to me leaving.
