I would not lead with ,"� your tires are illegal, you could get a ticket. You need four tires."� Once we got past that nonsense the service was good and timing good as well. Bought two tires as I always do on that vehicle.

I experienced non repairable tire damage. I needed a quick turn around because of pending travel. Cash was able to order a replacement tire as well as a new spare and get them mounted and balanced so I could take my trip. Great work!

Got a quote for tires and service online for $870.00. When it was time to pay the total was $1000.00. The tire price online was different than the stores price. They made it right and charged me for the online price. So fix your online pricing to reflect the actual store price.

I called for a tire rotation and they said come on down and they got me right in. I also purchased a battery, the Big O location on Timberline said they couldn’t get me in until Friday. The S Mason location has always got me right in even when just repairing a flat. John Fischer is always very friendly and professional. I will be returning to this location the next time I need parts or service. Great job to the entire staff at S Mason! Big O should be very proud of this location! I highly recommend them for anyone in need of automotive parts, tires, or service!!!

I went in for a warranty issue, my tires were rated for 3 years and 60 miles. I had a flat and thought my tires were worn down and needed new after 2 years 3 months a d 25k mileage. Levi measured and showed 7/32 which is acceptable. My flat was a puncture and they replaced the tire with a brand new tire under warranty. Everyone was very helpful and informative, I was very happy with the service.

Very quick and courteous service. I over heard someone training a new guy and he told him that it is all about serving the customer. It doesn't matter what you sell you get paid the same. He said look out for the customer and you will do just fine.

Thank you to Cash and Daniel for helping me get my tire fixed after I had already been to three other places and was pretty frustrated. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they got my car in right away and fixed it quickly. Fantastic service!
