These guys are the best! They always manage to fit me in, even on busy days. They never oversell me on product and they never sell me things I don't need. Super friendly. They never talk down to me as I'm not a "car"� person. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had recently purchased a set of AT tires for my Outback. A week later, my low pressure light came up, so I swung by the shop and they topped it off. It happened a week later and the manager told me if it happened again to swing by and he'd personally handle it. It happened again so I stopped by and left my car. There was a 2" screw in between the treads (hence why it wasn't discovered). They had it fixed within an hour, no cost.

I had a tire that kept going flat. The tech figured it out - there wasn't a good seal between the wheel rim and the tire. He explained the problem to me and fixed it.

The store owner, Danny, met me at the door and was very helpful and cared about what experience I was going to have from beginning to end at his location. Jordan at the counter has always been friendly and knowledgeable of what their store offers, as well. Dave and another mechanic were extremely helpful to help with making sure my vehicle left their bay exactly how I had requested. I went in, described what issue I was having, and they were able to diagnose the issue on the 1st attempt and repair it all within an hour timeframe and didn't charge me $1 extra to handle an issue that a dealership or any other establishment would have dug deeper into any customers for... guaranteed. I will be returning to this Fort Collins location whenever I can or am in need of their expertise. Thanks again gentlemen!

I had a slow leak in one tire and took it to Big O Tires on Mason. I told the service provider that I was hoping they could patch it. The tech came up to me a short time later and reported the he had found a two inch screw in the tire. I asked if it was patch-able. He replied that he already had patched it for me. I walked up to the Service Advisor John to pay, and he informed me that it was free of charge! I am so happy! This made my day!!! Thank you so much Big O Tires!!!

John was super friendly and helpful. I entered the establishment with a spare tire on my car due to a flat. John and the staff took care of the problem immediately, didn't pressure me to buy new tires, but instead fixed the tire at no cost. Great place and service! I'll be back.

I was very impressed by the friendly staff and their prompt service. I needed my tire repaired, and they got me in right away...John also repaired my tire for free. I highly recommend this location and I will be sure to buy my next set of tires from them
