Big O Tires

One of the things I like best about the store is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and that they accept "matching" coupons for things like oil changes. These things keep me as a return customer.

I actually came to this location twice within a week due to nails in my tires. The guys were extremely helpful and super nice during both visits. They fixed my tires very quickly and with no charge. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and be back for other services and tire purchases. Thanks!!! Jackie Leppert

I thought my truck needed a frame alignment. I have been using this location for over 20 years and I’ve always gotten excellent service here this time my truck did not need a front in alignment and y’all did not charge me anything for checking in again outstanding location and customer service.

I walked in for a brake inspection and the very nice staff squeezed me in on an already busy Saturday. When they discovered I needed new rear brakes the went ahead and put them on even though they were booked. The waiting area was fabulously clean and the friendly staff kept me updated on how the brake installation was going. Love these guys!!

I needed 4 new rims for my car. Big O directed me to a site to order them directly and avoid any overhead. They were shipped directly to the store and Big O had them mounted on my car the next day by noon, including reinstalling the air pressure sensors. They did a great job.

Adrian Fuller at Big-O in Ft Collins placed the order for the summer tires on my Jeep Rubicon. Adrian definitely went the extra mile. He made sure that after the tires were all mounted and balanced on a second set of wheels that the new TPMS sensors for those wheels were all relearned and functioning properly before I left. He even offered to deliver the mounted tires to my house if I couldn't get them all loaded in the back of my Jeep! That turned out not to be necessary. we managed to get all five loaded OK...barely. This experience is just one of the reasons that the Big-O on Mason is my go to shop for all my tires and alignment work. The outstanding customer service keeps me coming back and recommending Big-O to my friends.

Nail in tire

I went in with a low tire and found I needed new tires. In the process it also became apparent I needed new driver's side tie rods. Then it became apparent my car was made on mars and all tie rods that were supposed to fit, didn't. The explanation about what wasn't working was outstanding with a show and tell that really helped to clarify the situation. It was dealt with in the most efficient manner possible and I felt like every one was working hard to fix the car in the best possible way.

I had a nail in my tire. I had purchased my tires at Big O. They immediately tock my car into the shop and fixed the problem.
