I recently had a belt replaced on my car but it was causing terrible screeching sounds so I called and was told to bring it in anytime. I brought my car in and they fixed the screeching sound in about 5 minutes. It was great customer service

The brake fluid flush service for my Mazda, CX5, was completed in a timely manner, and for a very reasonable price. I have used this Big O location for all of my tire service for several years and am very satisfied with the work done and the staff.

Amazing Service! The most professional and female friendly environment a customer could ask for. I appreciate the knowledge that the Alignment Expert Dave gave to us. He measured our truck height to make sure our vehicle was level before he did our alignment. I explained that I had never witnessed that done before and he stated it's the proper way which makes sure our vehicle has better turn-ability and the steering is stable at highway speeds. He took the time on a busy Saturday to make sure we understood what he was adjusting and why he had to make changes. Unbelievable experience on a busy weekend. It's Dave's expert knowledge and Adrian's professionalism while checking out that will bring my business back on all our vehicles. I wish your website had short videos to watch as females who are sitting in your lobby would have more knowledge of the great work you all do. I hope the owner knows your time on a Saturday was very much appreciated. A customer at this location for life.

I came to Big O Tires because I had been there before and was co0nfident they would fix my problem. I had a right front tire that was almost completely flat while driving down a very busy street. It was very dangerous. Fortunately, I was within several blocks from your location. Upon my arrival, the manager came out immediately to see the extent of my problem. I had my small dog in the car, so she and I sat in the waiting room while my tires was repaired and the other three tires were inspected. I was able to go home safely within the hour. Thanks for your speedy and excellent service.

We've been coming here for a number of years with all our cars and have never been disappointed. The people are friendly, advise us and also give us a heads up on what future repairs might be necessary (in case of our old car).

Because they took me immediately without an appointment. I was having new wiper blades installed and most other places wanted to schedule an appointments that was days away.

Service was prompt and within my budget. They took my vehicle before my scheduled appointment. Instead of an expensive part, they suggested a no-cost alternative.

They got my car taken care of in a very quick manner, identified that my hub bearings needed to be repacked. Now my 18 year old car is quieter than ever before, it no longer pulls to the right and I am angry that I did not go there months before. Billy kept me updated throughout the whole process and got me back on the road.
