Big O Tires

I normally get my truck serviced at the Timberline location, but was turned away for an oil change due to a staffing shortage, so I called this location and they were able to help me immediately! I'm so appreciative of these guys and the service I received from them! They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me.

Had a tire with a slow leak. Turns out there was a small nail at a weird angle that I never would have been able to find myself. Was expecting to pay for having this fixed, but there was no charge, so I am very pleased.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the building, I explained my issue and was able to make an appointment for the next day, which worked perfectly. Everyone there is always friendly and professional. Keep up the good work!

Made an appointment for tire rotation. Brought my vehicle in and it was promptly serviced and returned to me. Great service experience and everyone was friendly!

My battery went dead in the Target parking lot near my Big O store, where I have purchased tires in the past. I walked over and immediately received wonderful service, with a staff member walking over and starting my car with a portable battery charger and then very quickly and professionally installing a new battery. The service was very fast and very professional.

Levi was extremely helpful. My appointment had not been confirmed by an associate, though it was online. The tires were not in stock. Levi figured out a solution and completed my appointment and order. He was great.

Jordan went above and beyond to help me with my truck! He has great customer service and was nothing but nice to me and helped me figure out what was wrong.

Service

Called early A M to have tires rotated/balanced. Delilah recommended I come in late afternoon. She is smart, knowledgeable, LISTENS, answered several questions, and scheduled me in. Talked to Adrian also. He is a good customer relations person to say the least. These two customer service reps are the kind of people seldom seen at most businesses these days. Whomever hired these two got two jewels. If I ran a business I would dream of having these two work for me.

Mgr Danny was very personable and professional. He explained the situation very well. Employee Austin was friendly and did a good good job

Danny was super helpful and kind. I received a call as soon as I made the appointment, ordered my tires and even made a change to my order. Then when I got to the appointment, I was greeted and helped by Danny through the entire process. He made sure I knew my engine light was on, and helped me set up another appointment for more services.

I took my car in right at closing and the mechanics worked me in to fix my flat that same night!

Ben was amazing with communicating, welcoming and courteous. I would highly recommend Big O Tires on Mason to anyone. I was able to work while I waited and Ben kindly let me wrap up a work call before checking out. Thank you guys!

The sales counter clerk and the technician were professional, polite, timely, skilled, efficient, transparent, and displayed integrity throughout the visit.
