Good experience

Big O' Tires on Woodmen and Hartsell Drive has been my one-stop shop for all of my cars' repair needs since I moved here. Their work is exceptional and customer service is top notch! Brett Roller goes above and beyond to explain in layman's terms of what's happening with your car that is practical and affordable. His expertise and knowledge of cars is not only mind-boggling but puts you at ease to let you know that you're in good hands. Despite moving further away from this location, it's worth the extra miles going back to see Brett and his team's personable and compassionate customer service.

Driving into work today and by the time I got to work, I had a serious flat tire. Filled it up with air and high tailed it to the Ford dealer to get it fixed. 2 hours later I was leaving the dealership with a somewhat fixed tire and quotes on new tires. They never did explain to me what the issue was, but did say they were reluctant to fix the tire.....WTH?!? After getting off work, I brought my truck into Big O and got far more information in 5 minutes than I did at within my 2 hour visit to Ford. In the end it was recommended that I do get new tires before fall. Because of the service and information I received, I went ahead and purchased 4 new tires and got a great deal. The staff at this location knows exactly how to treat a customer and provides recommendation on only what is necessary. Thank you Big O....you now have a new lifetime customer.

This is a great place. The staff is friendly, honest and service is vert fast. I couldnt be more happy. I went in with an issue that was driving me crazy and they got it fix in less than an hour. Awesome store with fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will recommend and go back.

We have had 4 cars tires replaced at this store and have found the service to be excellent.My business is dealing with customers with a staff that is trained to always be calm and friendly.I was in the store for a time waiting for the tires I wanted to be delivered to the store.I heard the two counter men and the store manager deal with customers and some complaints in a most gracious and calm manner giving the customer options offering to look at their issues. I've been a long time customer at Big O stores (15+ years), and my experience at this location has been nothing less than great. Josh is always honest and is good at determining the needs/desires of the customer. He and the team consistently do a great job which is why I only go here for tires and service. Great work!

Used them two weeks ago and the cars right front is driving great

My only concern was,I wanted my local Big O dealer,but no phone # in the book. Had to call another Big O store to get there number.

These Folks at the Hartsel Store in Briargate are awesome I have always gone here for all their servics. You wont find a better place These guys are the BEST! Thanks for all your Service to me and my Family.

Excellent service!

Got an oil change at dealer. The next week got my tires rotated at Big O. Big O found that I had a leak at the front tie-rod boot that the dealer's '24 point' inspection missed! Big O will continue to get my business.

Staff was great on all of my visits. I came in because I had a nail in my tire. I had never purchased tires here before and they fixed it for free with no charge. Because of how well I was taken care of I came back and purchased a new set of tires. The staff even honored a price that was wrong on my quote. I will most certainly be purchasing all my tires here going forward. Thank you for all your help and your expertise. I love my new tires!

I continue to be impressed by this store. I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD that the dealer had you guys install a six inch lift kit and 33 inch tires and rims. The dealer is unable to re-learn the TMPS every time I take it to them for a service. It has gotten to the point that when I do I just have them do the oil change and then bring it to you for the tire rotation. Your service technicians are able to rotate the tires and re-learn the TPMS with no problem. I also brought you guys the tires and rims for my daughters car and had you put new tires on the rims. Again your establishment was awesome. Because my daughter is deployed to Afghanistan and hasn't renewed her registration I was able to take the rims and tires off the car here at my house and bring them in to the store where you installed and balanced the new tires in 45 minutes. The staff and all members of this store are among the best that I have dealt with in the automotive industry. They continue to perform at a higher level than what the dealerships provide and in a shorter time. I will continue to use this store for all my automobile needs. I hope the store you are building on the corner of Woodman and 24 is as good as you guys. Thanks for your time. David Connor

The customer service explained my options and what they recommended. I was quoted a price and that is the price that i paid for the service. They kept me apprised of how everything was going during the maintenance and completed the work ahead of schedule.
