Josh has been excellent at explaining what needs to be done. All of the staff are always kind, friendly, and helpful. They are honest and up front with all the pricing. This is why they have earned my trust and business for many years, and why I will continue to use them.

We are a past customer of this store. I brought in a vehicle we had recently bought used that had a puncture in the tire. It was handled in less than 20 minutes and no one could beat the price! These guys are great.

I came in to get a tire rotate and balance, they got me straight in and did a great job. I will continue to coming to this Big O for all of my vehicle needs. I have and will continue to recommend this store to other people.

I have used this Big O Tires location on several different occasions and have been very please. Customer service is always high quality and no issues with the service I received. Highly recommended.

Driving into work today and by the time I got to work, I had a serious flat tire. Filled it up with air and high tailed it to the Ford dealer to get it fixed. 2 hours later I was leaving the dealership with a somewhat fixed tire and quotes on new tires. They never did explain to me what the issue was, but did say they were reluctant to fix the tire.....WTH?!? After getting off work, I brought my truck into Big O and got far more information in 5 minutes than I did at within my 2 hour visit to Ford. In the end it was recommended that I do get new tires before fall. Because of the service and information I received, I went ahead and purchased 4 new tires and got a great deal. The staff at this location knows exactly how to treat a customer and provides recommendation on only what is necessary. Thank you Big O....you now have a new lifetime customer.

Came in to get my annual tire rotation and they found a small leak in my front tie-rod. Funny, one week prior I was at the dealer getting my oil changed and a so-called '24 point inspection'. Complaint filed with dealer? Yes, I think so!

I have been to this store twice and both time they were great. I will come back.
