Big O Tires

Good value for the money.

I've been a long time customer at Big O stores (15+ years), and my experience at this location has been nothing less than great. Josh is always honest and is good at determining the needs/desires of the customer. He and the team consistently do a great job which is why I only go here for tires and service. Great work!

Very knowledgeable staff and great service.

My only concern was,I wanted my local Big O dealer,but no phone # in the book. Had to call another Big O store to get there number.

Everyone was friendly. The store was clean. I had time to step next door and get a coffee. The service was quick and efficient. I shall return for future tires etc.

Got an oil change at dealer. The next week got my tires rotated at Big O. Big O found that I had a leak at the front tie-rod boot that the dealer's '24 point' inspection missed! Big O will continue to get my business.

I freakin' love these guys at the Woodmen and Rangewood location in Colorado Springs. If it's within their pervue that's where take my vehicles! They go out of their way every time to take care of me. They're professional, courteous, and knowledgeable!

Staff was great on all of my visits. I came in because I had a nail in my tire. I had never purchased tires here before and they fixed it for free with no charge. Because of how well I was taken care of I came back and purchased a new set of tires. The staff even honored a price that was wrong on my quote. I will most certainly be purchasing all my tires here going forward. Thank you for all your help and your expertise. I love my new tires!

The customer service explained my options and what they recommended. I was quoted a price and that is the price that i paid for the service. They kept me apprised of how everything was going during the maintenance and completed the work ahead of schedule.

I got a tire filled here earlier this year for free. The service was great then so I figured I'd give the company my business and purchase new tires from them. Again, the service was great. I called on Monday and was able to take my car in on Tuesday to have all 4 tires replaced. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Josh has been excellent at explaining what needs to be done. All of the staff are always kind, friendly, and helpful. They are honest and up front with all the pricing. This is why they have earned my trust and business for many years, and why I will continue to use them.

The People who work there are always pleasant, friendly and HONEST!!!. We recently took 3 vehicles in for an alignment. Billy, (the Service Manager) called and said they could only do an alignment on 1 car because the other 2 needed front end work and it would be a waste of OUR money. Most other places would have done the alignment anyway. This isn't the 1st time we have done business there and it sure won't be the last! This location is awesome! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for anything that these guys are capable of doing! I've never had a complaint!
