Great service Won't go anywhere else for tires

This store did match their competitor's coupon, so I was pleased to get the service for a reasonable price. I did have to make two trips and wait 90 minutes, however - which was somewhat inconvenient.

David was amazing. Got my car serviced in record time. Awesome service as always.

I've been coming to this Big O' Tires location on Woodmen and Lexington since I moved here 5 years ago and have been blessed with the superior service provided from Josh, Bret and the other fine techs. Les and Adam seem to continue this stellar service tradition and went above and beyond with the quality of customer service and work performed on my wife's minivan and my Suburban last week! I don't expect less from these guys-they truly seem to care and give you their best every time! Keep up the GREAT work! Great hires too!

We dropped off the car and went shopping, they called us when they were finished with our truck. It was very easy.

Was a little confused asked for an alignment on my Jeep and was told that they couldn't because all the ball joints needed to be replaced. I had just come from Christian Brothers who had just replaced the Track Bar and said that everything else looked great. I guess I need a third opinion.

I have always bought BigO tires. My Subaru needed new tires, factory tires had 60,000 miles on them. Brett was wonderful. Helped me get exactly what I needed and my vehicle was ready in less than 30 minutes. I will recommend this store to friends and family and I will be back for rotations and oil changes.

It seems like I was there on a day when the Manager had been fired so maybe people were a little preoccupied. It would be helpful if the Big O computers were linked so that the employees could look up what customers had done at other stores.

I had my snow tires put on car. I had an appointment for for 10:00AM. Did not begin work until 10:35AM.

Oil change seems pretty costly. And the price for 2 filters was expensive Overall, if I didn’t have a few coupons for $39 off an oil change, I would probably look for another place

Good came worth free service

Upon receiving my vehicle I was told everything was ready to go. I jump in the truck and head down the road. My tire pressure monitoring system goes off and tell me my drivers side rear tire is only at 47psi (should be at 65). Furthermore, there is a loud squealing coming from the tires.

The service guy who greeted me wasn't very pleasant. I used to like going to this Big O but it seems like there has been some staffing changes recently and the new people aren't as pleasant as the other ones.

Did not like the fact I had to return so many times and I asked about future work that would take 1-2 hours with an appointment they refused to do it unless I left my car all day makes no sense it it only takes 1-2 hours, I guess they don't want my future business

Brett has always been a great help when something needs to be repaired on my Jeep. He always provides me with the information I need to make the best decision. I also use them for my regular maintenance on both vehicles.
