When I first got there I was the only one in the store and it took them a considerable amount of time to acknowledge me. One tech was on the phone, but the two others sitting there were not. After finally being acknowledged I was informed that their compressor was out and they were waiting for it to be fixed. I asked if I could just leave my vehicle and come back later. They said I could. When I got back they had parked the cars so closely together that I could barely squeeze into my driver's seat (and I wear a size 4!) and my kids had to wait until I had pulled out to get in on the other side.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but if it helps the company and customers in the future I feel a need to do so. It's the simple things, like being greeted as you walk in and not being ignored while you stand five feet from the counter waiting to be helped for ten minutes. While standing a few feet from the counter waiting, a customer would call and the gentleman behind the counter would assist them before helping me. If that person would have walked in they would have been behind me, why is it that person gets helped on the phone before the people physically standing there?

This store did match their competitor's coupon, so I was pleased to get the service for a reasonable price. I did have to make two trips and wait 90 minutes, however - which was somewhat inconvenient.

Josh is always great up front! I always enjoy coming in and he being the one I talk to. He's very kind and helpful. But the mechanics in the back don't follow directions very well. I brought in my own oil and my own filters that I wanted used and made very clear instructions that I wanted those used instead of your guys' oil and filters. Unfortunately, I get back into my care and the filters are still in the box and the oil can is still sealed. Bummed.

I've been coming to this Big O' Tires location on Woodmen and Lexington since I moved here 5 years ago and have been blessed with the superior service provided from Josh, Bret and the other fine techs. Les and Adam seem to continue this stellar service tradition and went above and beyond with the quality of customer service and work performed on my wife's minivan and my Suburban last week! I don't expect less from these guys-they truly seem to care and give you their best every time! Keep up the GREAT work! Great hires too!

Was a little confused asked for an alignment on my Jeep and was told that they couldn't because all the ball joints needed to be replaced. I had just come from Christian Brothers who had just replaced the Track Bar and said that everything else looked great. I guess I need a third opinion.

Horrible customer service, didnt even acknowledge my presence. I set up an appointment to have snow tires installed only to be told they werent in yet and Id have to come back in 2 days. The whole experience was god awful.

I have always bought BigO tires. My Subaru needed new tires, factory tires had 60,000 miles on them. Brett was wonderful. Helped me get exactly what I needed and my vehicle was ready in less than 30 minutes. I will recommend this store to friends and family and I will be back for rotations and oil changes.

This piece of shit store threw my spare car keys away after only 2 months. Their costumer service was terrible. Their manager, Nick was beyond unhelpful and was beyond rude to me on the phone when asking about my keys. I spent almost 400$ here and they had the audacity to throw away my keys after just two months. I now have to replace a car key and a house key and my work keys.

The service guy who greeted me wasn't very pleasant. I used to like going to this Big O but it seems like there has been some staffing changes recently and the new people aren't as pleasant as the other ones.

By far the worse experience purchasing tires. I went in on a Monday requested Steve to order the Sumitomo Ice Edge tire to be delivered and installed Tuesday afternoon(since they had to be ordered in). I came in for my Tuesday appointment to be informed my tires were not ordered due to Steve being very sick and not placing the order, which was completely understandable. Nick offered to fix issue and stated he would order the Sumitomo tires to be delivered and installed Wednesday. On the day of my Wednesday appointment I was sent out the door with Arctic Claw tires, NOT what I was asked for, NOR what I was told would be delivered. I was never informed of the change, or the failure to order that I had requested. When I asked Nick why he installed a tire I did not request, nor order, he stated "those tires(Sumitomo) are discontinued". Meanwhile, the tires are still being advertised on the site and available. Nick never informed me that the tires he installed where not what I put a deposit down for and requested . When I requested a refund for being given the wrong tires and the lack of honesty, Nick stated he could not and did not care, due to the condition of my original tires which are in good condition. Not to mention Nick was completely unsure of which tires were actually my original set..... I received NO apology, nothing. I mentioned calling corporate once, after that he refused to refund me or even find my original tires. My concern is this, during my appointment Nick was on the shop phone a having a personal conversation in public. Clearly speaking to his ex wife about custody and how he would sue her etc. Super unprofessional, the conversation could be heard by all customers... Not the best day for him clearly. Bad day or not, I deserves honest service. I ended up calling corporate, then customer relations and was given a case ID they will contact me withing 72 hours. I hate to leave a negative review for anyone, but in this case it was truly deserved. Hopefully I receive my refund and will take my business elsewhere.

Did not like the fact I had to return so many times and I asked about future work that would take 1-2 hours with an appointment they refused to do it unless I left my car all day makes no sense it it only takes 1-2 hours, I guess they don't want my future business
