The last two times I've been in for a tire rotation and balance it took the shop two try's to get it wright.

When I first got there I was the only one in the store and it took them a considerable amount of time to acknowledge me. One tech was on the phone, but the two others sitting there were not. After finally being acknowledged I was informed that their compressor was out and they were waiting for it to be fixed. I asked if I could just leave my vehicle and come back later. They said I could. When I got back they had parked the cars so closely together that I could barely squeeze into my driver's seat (and I wear a size 4!) and my kids had to wait until I had pulled out to get in on the other side.

An oil change took two hours, including waiting for nearly thirty minutes after my vehicle was brought to the front. I scheduled the service a week before but the shop was not ready when I came in, as the technician had not arrived and the shop had to have synthectic oil delivered.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but if it helps the company and customers in the future I feel a need to do so. It's the simple things, like being greeted as you walk in and not being ignored while you stand five feet from the counter waiting to be helped for ten minutes. While standing a few feet from the counter waiting, a customer would call and the gentleman behind the counter would assist them before helping me. If that person would have walked in they would have been behind me, why is it that person gets helped on the phone before the people physically standing there?

I went i. To get a lift and wheels and tires after spending several thousand$ my truck.has nvr meen.the same they damaged one of the wheels. (Which still.has not been.replaced) then told me it was common to put scratches/gouges on wheels when installing the tires. The lift was not right continuous shifting and poping after taking it 8n several times with no remedy i.had to get under the vehicle myself and find issue took pics showed them.so they cld address yet it still persists.. The wheels were ordered the wrong offset and now rub the inner wall of front tires and rub inner bed on rear tires all i was offerd was an.aftermarket spacer kit which will voifd my vehicles warrenty not to mention it is just a bandaid for wrong wheels being orderd My vehicle shakes like madage chair at 55mph they hv balanced my tires several times with no.change and they tell me I am the one whom.has to deal with the tire manufacturer even tho i oy dealt with big o ... Un acceptable!!

Josh is always great up front! I always enjoy coming in and he being the one I talk to. He's very kind and helpful. But the mechanics in the back don't follow directions very well. I brought in my own oil and my own filters that I wanted used and made very clear instructions that I wanted those used instead of your guys' oil and filters. Unfortunately, I get back into my care and the filters are still in the box and the oil can is still sealed. Bummed.

I just posted a comment and wanted to make something clear. (Please see the comment left today May 12, 2019 from Matt T. for full details). Rick helped me on Friday May 11, 2019. Rick was not working today May 12, 2019, It was another guy running things. Rick was great; 10 out of 10. Your guy today is where i find the problem; 2 out of 10. Again, he did not step up and get my vehicle completed in a timely manner when they did not finish the job to begin with. What a waste of time. Never again. There are too many other places to go for an alignment.

Had an alignment yesterday. Picked up my vehicle and the steering wheel was set incorrectly. Called Rick, and he said to bring it back today or tomorrow and it would be taken care of immediately. I brought it back today (Saturday may 11, 2019). Sat and waited for an hour, they didn't get to it. The guy upfront didn't care a less. He should of had one of his guys (or himself) take immediate care of me. Horrible customer service from your guy today. Yesterday I left two stellar comments about Rick (user name Matt Tafoya). Because of your care a less attitude guy today, I will not be back.

After arriving to the appointment it was determined by the staff that my car needed additional work done. The time quoted was just an addtional hour. That time frame passed and when I went to check on the progress of my car I was told that they had not even started on changing the brake pads and it would be another 1.5 or 2 hours. The staff also informed me at this time that they had to order the parts from another store. This fact was not communicated to me originally and if I had been I would have happily made another appointment time and come back. After coming back at the 2 hour mark from the second time estimate I was told my car was still not ready as the employee had to take his break and was working on another vehicle simultaneously. My appointment time was at 10 am, I arrived at 9:45 for drop off, and I did not receive my vehicle back until 3:15 pm. I understand the additional time needed for the additional work but the time and details were not accurately communicated and the staff continued to mislead me.

Why do I receive my vehicle in worse condition than I left it? Punctured side walls, missing wheel caps, c/v axle problems. What kind show you guys running here?

Horrible customer service, didnt even acknowledge my presence. I set up an appointment to have snow tires installed only to be told they werent in yet and Id have to come back in 2 days. The whole experience was god awful.

They got grease all over my car seat and broke the lower control arm alignment cams tabs on my brand new truck. I had to take it somewhere else for repairs.

This piece of shit store threw my spare car keys away after only 2 months. Their costumer service was terrible. Their manager, Nick was beyond unhelpful and was beyond rude to me on the phone when asking about my keys. I spent almost 400$ here and they had the audacity to throw away my keys after just two months. I now have to replace a car key and a house key and my work keys.

New tires purchased and mounted. Multiple problems: Alignment report was not provided. Tires were not even close to being properly inflated! Old, worn out tires put back in my car even though the work order said not to and jammed in there such that black tire marks were left on the ceiling of the car.

They guy at the counter was an asshole I have a 9am appointment this morning no cars even at the parking lot. So I park in front of the store. And his actitud was awfull He did not want to take my info until i park my car at the parking lot. He make me go back to the car to park at the parking when they did not even have any costumers at all in the garage or parking. Literally the store was empty. I went back to my car and left with no service. No reason for this actitud. Guess what you lost a service today. You guys need people with better attitude there.
