The people at Big O Tires are terrific! They are always professional, accommodating, provide excellent service at a great price. I originally purchased Michellin tires for my Lexus GX 460 at Big O. The tires handled great on my vehicle but didn't perform well in the snow. They switched them out for BFG XO 2's for only the cost of the labor. I appreciate their customer service and willingness to do right by me. I'll be a customer for life. Keep up the awesome job Big O!

Once again another stellar performance from Brett and the staff at this Big O' Tires location. Their consistency in bringing top notch customer service never fails. It's great to see their honesty and integrity in being upfront on exactly what's going on with your car and if you really need that repaired or replaced at that moment. That is why I keep going back. I talked with Josh about BigO tires and he fixed me up with a set for my Toyota Sienna. I had never run BigO tires before and was curious how they would perform. A few weeks after having the tires installed, we took a trip from Colorado to Missouri. On the way to Missouri we ran into a snowstorm that had a lot of people pulled off to the side of the road. I was able to continue driving at ~45 or 50 mph with the new tires and never felt the car swerve or lose grip on the highway! Excellent service

I have used Big O since moving to the Springs. I was very concerned after the move and having an excellent mechanic when I lived in IL. BIG O has proven over and over it should be my priority mechanic!

I would definitely tell a friend about this store I walked in and as luck would have it they had a cancellation. I was able to get my oil changed and it didn't take long at all. I was comfortable and had no issues at all with anyone. The service was great and everyone was extremely nice and polite.
