Big O Tires

Have been coming here for alignments cause they are the only ones who get it on point. Recently installed some rear struts and realigned my car which now drives excellent.

Both employees I worked with that day were very polite and helpful. I was looking for new set of tires. Randall was thorough in attempting to understand what I was looking for and matching my needs with a tire in my price range. Process was very quick and even though the tires needed to be ordered the job was done in about half a day. Time will tell regarding the quality of the tires, but my initial impression with Big O is positive.

Manager Ken described problems found via text to me very well. I OK'd all repairs. Drive home this morning: Nice ride. No more Check Engine light coming on. Ken told me that due to replacement of Mass Air Flow Sensor I would smell strong gasoline smell for a while. He was right. I smell it. This is expected to be a temporary problem while the catalytic converter burns off some fuel buildup, or something like that. Very good service.

Ken was knowledgable and friendly...pretty rare to find in customer service today. Ken matched up a product that fit my needs and my budget. Will definitely take my future business to Ken.

There is a Big O Tires in my neighborhood. However, because of the excellent service at this location, I make the longer driver. This location has always met my expectations to include, but not limited to, assisting me when I need help with putting air in my tires to more complicated services. Brought car in for nail in the tire. Lobby had at least 5 people in waiting area and 3 in front of me. I was surprised when my car was ready in about 45 minutes. Very friendly and professional
