Great service.....nice environment in waiting room

I went in because my low tire light came on again after I had filled up the tire. The associate said they could take care of it. He went out to check the mileage and come back in and said I had a screw in my tire. He said it would cost me $8.47 to reset the tire calibration, but the tire repair was free because I had bought my tires from them. In about 15 minutes, my tire was repaired and I was back on the road. Couldn't ask for anything better than that.

My wait time wz minimal & they finished quickly even w/a nail in one tire. Great service.

The time it took to complete my service was great and the price was very reasonable. The location was great and the staff were okay, they could have been more friendly.

The staff at this Big O Tires is friendly and very informative. They were open about getting my tire patched, inquired about how I purchased the tires, and gave me many options about how to get the entire set replaced. In summary, I had purchased tires from Tire Rack, which I had Big O Tires install. They did a great job. I then had two failures within 5 months. I am headed back to Big O Tires to have them all replaced while I take up a claim with Tire Rack. I trust them that much! Thank you!

Abe was very friendly from the beginning to the end. He provided me options that I hadn't though of so it may my day & situation more bearable. Great follow up as well.

Had a nail in my tire. Quick, honest, and obviously take pride in their work.

I stopped in because of a tire low on air. Immediately upon arrival your associate filled the tire, suggested a check to see if the tire was just low on air or needed to be repaired. Turned out the tire was in repairable (the associate showed me why). Frustrating in that the car had just about 25,000 miles on it. While a replacement tire was not in stock, Kyle Sample suggested I return on Monday (this was Saturday), that he would try to find a tire. I asked if we wouldn’t need to replace both front tires (something, as a “car guy” I had learned. He said that, for an all-wheel drive vehicle, all 4 tires should be replaced, but he encouraged seeing if the one they could get would perfectly match mine so that we could only replace the one tire. For a number of reasons I chose to proceed to replace all 4 as the store had a hood but different brand in stock.,Twenty minutes later I was on my way. All this just before closing. Love that the service was so good, prompt, friendly, and that it was clear those with whom I interacted had my best interest in mind. No pressure to buy all 4 tires, not to buy the more expensive (though I was given the option).

I knew what I wanted going in and they were able to get the tires I wanted from the warehouse and get my new tires on the same day, without an appointment. The noticed some leaking fluid during the work, but didn't pressure me into getting it addressed right then. They recommended I check with my mechanic about it, but that they could probably beat their price. Great overall experience.!

The staff was excellent! The waiting area was clean and roomy. They informed me of a problem which they ordered parts for and I will be back to have the service completed! Overall great job!
