Big O Tires

Great, fast service. I don't think I was advised the alignment check was free- I would have been interested in that.

Quick service, no barrage of multiple other things that might need fixed. Just came in, got what I needed in a timely manner and done.

They got my car in very quickly, on a Saturday, and finished the repairs very quickly, also.

Minimum wait time to check in along with minimal wait time to have my car serviced. Ken is always professional, courteous, and honest in his dealings with me, and I appreciate it. His employees are also great.

After leaving the Big O Tires in Westminster because of a sales person who wouldn't understand that I only had the money to have one tire replaced today, and then that person going on to physically grab my shoulder as I was leaving to talk to me about the credit plan. He had already angered by making me feel indigent because I couldn't afford three new tires, so luckily this is not the comment form for that location. The gentlemen at the Colfax location have always treated me like gold and I adore them. But James at the Westminster location needs a few rules on boundaries. Thank you so much to everyone at the Colfax location. :-)

Took my car in because I had an issue with my tire. I had put it off it a while and it turns out I just had a screw caught in there. My wait was quick, the staff and service people were super helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Kyle was very courteous. He explained exactly what needed to be done and even illustrated with pictures . He answered all questions and I was extremely satisfied . I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. In fact when people understand your problem and can relate and accommodate that to me is very impressive and they was Kyle.

The owner of the store, Keith, took the time out of his day to help me to select a brand new set of tires for my car. Not only were they reasonably priced with a warranty, but they are absolutely fantastic tires and I can absolutely feel the difference when I am driving. Keith was incredibly helpful in explaining the benefits to the different tires and I felt that based on his help, I was able to make the best selection for my car at the right price. The customer service was fantastic and I am so happy with the product. I would absolutely return to Big-O for any of my tire needs.

Leave it to me to wait until the last afternoon before Thanksgiving to get my car's poor tires replaced. Everyone who wasn't driving somewhere must have been doing the same thing I was because the Big O was BUSY. Staff members were unfazed, though. An attitude of diligence and focus ruled their interactions with customers, co-workers, whomever. My guy was cheerful, relaxed, and knowledgeable about how my new tires performed. This crew has got it down. I hope they enjoy some well-deserved time off this holiday weekend.

The people in the store are always courteous, clean and professional. I have never had any issues when dealing with Big-O.

My wife brought our Subaru in with a flat rear tire and your staff got her taken care of in a timely manner and, what a surprise, you replaced our rear tire (which was punctured by a nail) with a brand new one for just $39.59! Its warranties like yours that restore confidence in reliable merchants like Big O. We're customers for life. Thank you.
