This store is the best. They are honest, have told me I don’t need new tires when had cosmetic defect on one of them. Never try and upsell or tell you something needs replacement if it doesn’t. Great service!

So, this may not be a response that you wish to post online, but I will tell you while this is not just a "wonderful" customer service story it does demonstrate what can be a problem and how it was successfully handled. True customer service is only on display based on how problems are handled. I purchased new snow tires for my brand new 2016 Odyssey. Everything went well until several days later, when the warning light came on indicating what looked like a sensor was not synced with the computer. Unfortunately, the computers that you used to sync the tire sensors with the car computers didn't contain what was required for a 2016 Odyssey. That was the bad, I was disturbed that noone indicated to me that you weren't fully equipped to handle this situation when I bought the tires, but on the other hand I understand business and it was reasonable for your staff to have expectations, based on your experience, that all would be fine. So, your staff told me that I needed to take it to the dealer and when I asked if there were any charges by the dealer would you cover them, I was told yes. I assumed that the charges would be incidental and that you would cover them. However, it turned out that one of the sensors was defective and that the cost to replace it would be several hundred dollars, when I called Big O to confirm that you would cover it, I expected an argument. However, despite what I'm sure was way more than your staff ever expected to cover, they covered all of the extensive charges without a single complaint. While this experience was not perfect, I will certainly continue to use Big O for all my tire and repair needs and would highly recommend you to my friends. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect reasonableness and accountability. That's what I got at Big O. Thank You

Very professional and understood what I wanted

Was able to walk in and get an oil change/tire rotation in about 45 minutes. They even patched a tire for me for free. Ken helped me at the front desk and was great. I'm not going anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

I've been going to Big O Tires since the mid 2000's. I've always had great service and it continues today. No reason to change companies when I'm completely satisfied with my Big O Tires company.

I was satisfied with the process of setting up an appointment, the friendliness of the employees, communication, and time of service being completed. I wish I had a better breakdown of all of the charges before I went forward with the service but overall, I am very please with the service I received at Big O. Anthony was great in reaching out to me with informing me of additional work that I need on my vehicle. Though I will be doing it myself, I appreciate him notifying me of the maintenance that is needed on my SUV.
