The young man (name started with a D) that helped show me how the inflatable spare worked and fixed my tire was knowledgable and friendly. Did not recommend expensive fix. He is a keeper.

Customer service is great, they were kind and curteous, explained everything I needed to know about what they were going to do and did.

just came in to have a tire purchased with road hazard warranty checked out because it kept loosing air. They found a nail in it and repaired it for free. In the past when I've needed a new tire under the warranty they have also performed flawlessly.

Since I was waiting I appreciated how accurate the reps were in estimating how long the repair would take.

I got a flat tire fixed very quickly. They called me right away, and they fixed it first thing in the morning.

Just needed a routine tire rotation. Appreciate that you sent me an e-mail to remind me I was due for the rotation. Called first thing in the morning to see if I needed an appointment. They advised there was currently no wait. Dropped of my car, then drove with my friend to McDonalds to get breakfast. We were not even through the drive-thru when I got a text telling me my car was ready. Amazing!

I arrived very close to closing time at this location. I had a puncture in my rear tire and they had to replace the tire. My car was finished quickly and the entire staff that I came into contact with were very friendly.
