I always get great service when I come to this location. Kent is great.

They were upfront about the time it would take to complete my service. They were very busy and i made a drive up appearance. They still made time for my semi-emergency .

Replaced headlight, and deflated over-inflated tire. Always prompt and courteous.

the person who checked me in was friendly and when it came to my brakes he explained the problem, the importance of getting it fixed and how it would be fixed

Great service...my only negative is the cost. I bought 2 sets of tires from Big O Tires and I still got charged $80.00 some dollars to put snow tires on. My daughter and husband took their Audi's to discount tires to put snow tires on, they were charge $128.00 for two cards.

The tech was very nice and approachable along with being accommodating. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He also texted me immediately when the vehicle was done which was in a very short time . Nice job guys.

In true Big-O fashion, they were courteous, friendly and because my tires had covered, I paid a minimal amount for my slow leak on my tire.

Curtis was the Tech that did all my work. He was professional, and pointed out what needed to be repaired. One of your Managers, was rude that I was watching Curtis doing the required work. The associate Andrew was really awesome. We tried to get some tires for our 4Runner but they like many brands were on back order. He had an even better brand in stock and we got top of the line offroad/snow tires with zero hassle or backorder during this massive breakdown in supply chain. He also checked our alignment which was way off so that was serviced too. Next up is our Subaru and we will be calling him for that shortly!

The service was extremely quick and helpful. They took the stress out of a stressful situation.

Repair tire as expected under warranty, very courteous, pleasant to work with

Isaac was very knowledgable and eager to give me the tires I wanted. He was great at finding different options and recommending what he thought would work. The only bad thing is how many key strokes it takes your associates to get a quote to the customer. Your system badly needs updated.

I travel way out of my way to go to this location..I live right by the one on Havana. They are ALWAYS courteous, efficient and go out of their way to help at the Colfax location

The staff make a good effort to assist you, answer your questions. I feel comfortable with the inspection and designated work. I like it that I can see the vehicle being worked on from the waiting room. I'm always impressed by how timely the work is accomplished.
