Big O Tires

We had 2 cars in there a week ago; one for all new snow tires and the other to have snow tires mounted. Both cars were in and out within 2 hours. Ken and his team were very informative and consultative without any sales pressure. They've earned our repeat business!

Came in at reservation time and dropped my car off, within the hour they had already placed my tires on and was ready to go, I didn’t expect that for being a weekend.

Andrew was very tramsparent with pricing and product availability. He established and delivered reasonable service time expectations. He needed to contact me regarding additional information and did so clearly and professionally.

I have to say that this was the best service and cleanest Big O I have ever visited. It exceeded my expectations and may make me a more frequent customer of Big O again. Great work!

Ken is always great and go's above and beyond to help out. Lost my key lock and he was able to find one for me to use and for purchase. I am yet to have any issues with any service I have received here and I also get coupons in my email for great discounts and free services. I bring in my wife's car and will now bring in my truck for all servicing.

Everything was quick and easy. I didn't have an appointment, but I just needed a flat repair. Work was quick and cheap.

The tires I intended to purchase were not in stock at this location at the time of my appointment, but the gentleman who helped me assured me that I would get the same price for better quality tires for this oversight. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help me out and get me a great deal to make up for the mistake another member of his team made. I'm happy to be going into the snowy season with better tires than I thought I would have!

I have been a customer at this store for years, purchasing tires and a battery. I have not had mechanical work done, so not able to comment. Ken took care of me. I was worried about my battery charge for the winter; he had it tested and discussed the results. I did not need to replace it yet. The also checked the air in the tires. I brought my second car in with a low tire. They repaired it and Ken explained that it was a bead leak that may be caused by corrosion on the rim and to keep an eye on it to see if it gets low again in the future. I appreciate the thorough information.

I am a home health nurse and dependent on my car to get to my patients daily. My tire became flat at my 2nd patient's home in the am. Big O on Colfax took my car in immediately and repaired it. They enabled me to ensure none of my patients missed my visit. They are always friendly and I have gone to them for service for years. I highly recommend them.
